Service staff is good to ask customer if hv Yuu Card for points collection.
Tried the pumpkin paste bun however the pumpkin has added far too much sugar/sweet. Not heathy as my intention in choosing this bun should be better than Brown Sugar Raisins bun.

Bread and cake quality now less, compared to their first few years launched.
This cake looks so pretty and tempting on the display. Decided to try it, but not so entertaining my palate. Said to be green tea cake, but no green tea taste.
I still loves their floss bread though.

The shop have only 4 choices of bread when I reach at 9:48 hrs to Tampines Mall outlet. When check with them about the signature pork floss bread and cashier told me it will only have at 12 noon. Extremely disappointed. I make my way all the way taking bus and train. Extremely disappointed.

Very rude cashier at BreadTalk Tampines today. Wanted to redeem a voucher from Lazada but she made faces and made the redemption process difficult. Honestly, if your staff doesn’t like to support such redemptions, please don’t participate in such voucher activity. If I haven’t paid beforehand, I would have just walked off.

Chicken floss bun is supposed to be good for Breadtalk. But this particular branch is just very bad for it's chicken floss bun, no egg cream at all. Disappointed and wasted my calories zzz

Staff hardworking BUT why must we separate the order cashier queue for both breads and drinks? So if 1 person come, I need to queue at 2 places? Please streamline your process.

The white toast is not white toast. It has a few cranberries in them. Weird. I think their QC has issue.

There are Lunar New Year series buns options. Bun in carrot shape, Bak Kwa bites size sprinkle on the bun, Pineapple shape bun, Yam bun, Carrot cake bun where there are cubes of carrot cake cube on top of the bun, a Rabbit shape bun. There's even a Mala Hotpot bun!!! Which have slices of lotus root, pork meatball, mushrooms, broccoli, tau pok and cherry tomatoes, spicy mala chicken.

Everyone expects normal or fresh eggs from breakfast. Cracks due to hot waters is common and is fine by me. But not cracks like in the pics. The staff took these 2 eggs that was the only ones left from one corner and not from the egg container. Both eggs I had is badly cracked. I ate one and it tasted funny. I dun wanna argue with the staff and just left the store. Urge the rest to check the condition of the eggs before u left the counter.
