The Bak Kwa is so hard and dry !! Last time my favourite, but now standard drop by so much. I thought might be just that one batch poor quality, but after try buying on 3 different occasions, I confirmed, guarantee, plus chop. The Bee Cheng Hiang that I grew up with is no longer the same as the one now.

Dishonest seller. Only the first/top piece is edible. The rest of the bak kwa is as hard as a rock… Dry and hard, totally not edible.. Worst experience ever..
