Excellent service from their staff, Tze Fung, today. I was carrying some bags and having a bit of difficulty ordering what I wanted, as I was buying on behalf of someone and was getting frustrated. But Tze Fung’s attitude and excellent service really made purchasing the Bak Kwa much easier and helped lighten my mood. I really appreciate it, thank you! :)

Dishonest seller. Only the first/top piece is edible. The rest of the bak kwa is as hard as a rock – dry and hard, totally inedible. Worst experience ever.

The Bak Kwa is so hard and dry! It used to be my favorite, but the quality has dropped so much. I thought it might be just that one batch, but after trying it on three different occasions, I've confirmed it. The Bee Cheng Hiang that I grew up with is no longer the same as the one now.
