Excellent service from their staff member Tze Fung today. I was carrying some bags and having some difficulty ordering what I wanted, as I was buying it on behalf and getting frustrated. But Tze Fung’s attitude and excellent service really made purchasing the Bak Kwa much easier and really helped lighten my mood. I really appreciate it, thank you! :)

Dishonest seller. Only the first/top piece is edible. The rest of the bak kwa is as hard as a rock… Dry and hard, totally not edible! Worst experience ever!

The Bak Kwa is so hard and dry!! It used to be my favorite, but now the standard has dropped so much. I thought it might just be one poor-quality batch, but after trying to buy on three different occasions, I confirmed it; guaranteed, plus chop. The Bee Cheng Hiang that I grew up with is no longer the same as it is now.
