💰 Monthly Salary: Up to $2,400 (Gross)
📄 Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Renewable based on performance)
🕒 Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Alternate Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• Standard 44-hour workweek
• Overtime Available (Paid accordingly)

🔧 Role Overview:
Be a key part of our precision IC handling and packing process in a static-controlled (ESD) environment. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring accuracy, product integrity, and proper handling of sensitive components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect small IC prints and trays with precision and focus
• Sort, split, and place ICs into designated tray compartments
• Read and follow clear work instructions (written & verbal)
• Operate Sealing, Strapping, and basic warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Conduct regular inventory checks for packing materials within the ESD area
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in line with 5S standards
• Support shipment preparation and handle documentation in WMS/SAP
• Flag abnormalities and assist with other tasks when needed

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable with detailed, hands-on tasks in a cleanroom/ESD environment
• Willing to work occasional overtime when required
• Open to learning equipment operations (no experience needed – we’ll train you)
• Able to perform simple data entry and basic computer tasks (MS Excel & Word)
• Team player with a good attitude and a keen eye for detail
