- Working location: Tampines North
- Working day: Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 9am to 6pm
- 6-12 months contract, possible to covert to permanent role
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare Group consolidated financial statements and management reports.
- Lead group and subsidiary audits, working with external auditors to ensure timely statutory filings.
- Support IPO-related financial reporting and compliance activities.
- Establish and maintain robust internal financial controls across all entities.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and other applicable financial regulations.
- Manage the accounting operations of the Group holding company and oversee the outsourced finance function of a German entity.
- Maintain up-to-date financial records and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Stay informed of relevant changes in accounting standards and regulations.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Accountancy/ Finance with minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Group Financial Controller or similar role.
- Strong experience in accounting in IPO state, audit and group consolidation.
- Knowledge in MYOB, IFRS / GAAPor equivalent is a plus.
