🔹 What You’ll Do
Operations & Documentation

• Oversee break bulk import shipments and manage cargo arrival processes
• Verify and organize essential shipping documentation
• Conduct on-site cargo checks or surveys at SATS/DNATA when required

Coordination & Customer Interaction

• Liaise with customers to confirm shipment agents and delivery arrangements
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, contractors, and internal ops teams to ensure smooth cargo flow
• Provide timely updates and quotations on cargo handling charges

System Updates & Compliance

• Update Proof of Delivery (POD) and maintain accurate cargo records
• Ensure timely submission of cargo manifests, permits, and delivery documents

Billing & Reporting

• Generate air import invoices and process billing documentation
• Prepare monthly shipment activity reports and manage import/export permit declarations

📍 Job Details

• Salary Range: $2,300 – $3,100 (commensurate with experience)
• Location: Tampines / Changi Area
• Contract: 1-Year Renewable (Potential for long-term career progression)
• Leave: 14 Days Annual Paid Leave
• Working Hours:
  Mon – Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  Sat: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (44 hours/week)
