Logistic Coordinator (Deskbound + Hands on Warehouse Duties)

Benefits:

• Basic $2,000 - $2,500 + OT
• Gross Salary up to $3,500
• Working Days: Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday half day (5.25 days)
• Location : Tampines

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily logistics and warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (certification required).
• Prepare and manage shipping and receiving documentation, including packing lists, customs paperwork, and related records.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any delays or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
• Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to streamline logistics and warehouse processes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal SOPs.
• Assist in scheduling pickups and deliveries and coordinate with transportation providers.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency.

Requirements:

• Valid forklift license/certification
• 2+ years of warehouse/logistics experience
• Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and related documentation.
• Familiarity with inventory systems, WMS/ERP software is a plus.
