This position will join a Technology Company based in Tampines area, may be assigned to their client counterparts islandwide. Will be the primary contact for Building and Facilities management and monitoring.

Position Responsibilities:

• The primary scope is to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the Building Facility which will include (but not limited to) Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics and major and minor work related to the building.
• Conduct day-to-day inspection activities and check the building / facilities for defects or faulty equipment.
• Handle purchase orders for parts replacements, severe maintenance or overhauling.
• Will lead the documentation, coordination and operational aspect of building administration management.

Position Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering and/or Facilities Management, Building Services.
• Ideally at 4 to 5 years’ experience in M&E Facilities experience, hands-on repair and maintenance.
• Good verbal and able communicate with various stakeholders and colleagues for guidance and consultation.
• Work arrangement, Mon to Fri - however, may need to render overtime for installation and repair that need to be done outside production hours.
