The steamed buns are quite big, a bit like noodles. The cold skin is elastic and tasty, and the meat skewers have a cumin flavor. Basically, the taste is okay. Maybe it was because there were a lot of noodles and I didn’t get much of the ingredients.

Very disappointed with the rou jiamo. It taste totally different from NEX outlet. It’s not flaky at all. It’s just dough bun with little fillings. Even the cold noodle taste different. Hard and dry. Food standards not consistent.

Not sure where the lady cook went. I ordered a beef noodle and the cashier guy was the one who cook it. Its tasteless and I left without finish even 1/4 of my food.

The cold noodles were OK.
The beef wide noodles were just OK.

Not worth it, the taste is mediocre, and it just bears the name of Xi'an Impression. Pure machine noodles

The service was very poor, especially the Singaporean male waiter. He said the door opened at 10:30 but insisted on saying it was 11 o'clock, and then his attitude was very bad.

I supposed this stall specialises in Xi An noodles located in the food court of Tampines Mall.
I thought the noodle portion was quite substantial, on the other hand the ingredients were pretty limited, few small cubes of meat & 2 stalks of greens. The doneness of the noodles were good.
I guessed the chili that was added in was overcooked as there was a bitter after taste. Not very pleasant to enjoy.

Food is nicely seasoned and noodles had a nice chew, but overall lacking in meat ingredients. Fried pork dumplings were a bit too oily as well. Beef skewers were quite fatty which was my personal prefer, but felt the meat could be more tender.
