I had a warm welcome and lovely experience when I was greeted by Lynette at Tampines Mall outlet.
She was alone but that didnt stop her from greeted every customer with full of smiles.
She had an issue when handling my payment using UniqGift voucher but she managed to contact other colleague from other outlet to assist her via phone (Thanks to that person!)
Overall, I enjoyed my time shopping at TM outlet.
Lynette, you are awesome and keep it up!

Both Yi Fung and Jarvinid are very friendly and professional. Great customer service. As I was alone, I was trying out different lanyard designs and wanted to know which colours suited me so I asked both of them for their opinion and they really helped provided me with the best possible answer.
I ended up buying a laptop sleeves as they also shared with me the ongoing promotion to get $10 off for purchase above $100.

While glancing and considering through the wallet items, I accidentally toppled a few bottles displayed on the shelves behind me.
