This is the only tuition center that my son score had become worse than before joining. Despite repeated escalation of non progress there were no improvement in teaching. Definitely not recommended.

I experienced difficulty contacting the administration team. After they initiated a call with me, I was unable to return their call, which caused inconvenience.

The tuition fees for this tutoring center are extremely high. However, the teachers' qualifications and the quality of instruction are really mediocre. As a parent, I have never received a proactive email or meeting from the teachers informing me about my child's progress. The school has minimal holidays, and it's very challenging to schedule makeup classes. So, if parents want to take their children on vacation, they essentially end up paying tuition for nothing. They also don't offer any additional assistance. The front desk simply states, "This is how we operate."

Learning lab is one of the best when it comes to the learning outside of school. Sending both my kids for 2 subjects each. The only thing is expensive 😀 …

Just emailed them this. Hi, I’m getting frustrated over the persistent absence of Miss Heidi who is the teacher of my child’s Sat class. Almost 70% of the lessons were conducted and taught by relief adjunct teachers. 1. How is the quality and continuity of instruction ensured with the persistence of Miss Heidi’s absence? 2. Why weren’t parents informed beforehand when resident teachers go missing for so long and so many times? 3. Worksheets had been unmarked and even gone missing for weeks whenever relief or adjunct teachers took over. Where is the accountability and responsibility? Please address and resolve these issues asap and give an account to us as parents. I’m on the verge of raising a complaint against the centre to the authorities for this atrocious conduct. I’m not sure why am I still paying the full fees when such service is rendered.

My child went to the learning lab and she felt like it was challenging but it really helped her in school. I would definitely recommend this for everyone!

I went in for an escape room at The Learning Lab. What a well-planned event to give parents a taste of what kids are learning in upper primary and insights into the teaching philosophy, all while making this incredibly fun!

My kids have well benefited from Learning Lab’s curriculum especially for their Math and Science. Their teachers are very experience and responsive. I would like to comment that Miss Tay Yin Ling, Mrs Elizabeth Chin and Mr Poon have greatly helped my kids in their learning journey. Aside from the high cost and no term break, I feel that Learning Lab is definitely an elite tuition center that I would strongly recommend.
