I was window shopping n looking for Satsuma shower gel 750ml. Glad to b service by Carol Chong. Pleasant, know her products well, friendly, helpful n importantly she smiles while recommending. Under her guidance n recommendation, I bought $62 worth of 250ml shower gel/cream of each aroma. Thank you fir your service Carol.

19/10/2023 12.07pm Complaint 👎👎 I went tampines mall outlet to purchase my shampoo but sadly i accidentally bought conditioner so i went back to exchange it quickly within 2mins time. Before that when i wanted to payment, there is a chinese girl named Erin with golden hair is playing her phone at the counter, no one assist me. At last other staff ask her to make payment for me, her face show doesn’t want to help. Also, never double check with customer that what customer is buying. When i return the store for the exchange, she angry with me and ask me check properly before i buy next time with bad attitude. I understand it is only $27, but dont show that bad attitude to customer. Lastly, she never give me the receipt also said need to keep back. What a bad experience to shop in this outlet 👎👎👎

I was recommended their drops of light pure clarifying foam wash, as the Vitamin C face polish (orange), was out of stock. Been using it for a few days now and can definitely see positive effects. The cleanser is amazing--I was also served by a very warm and friendly staff (can't remember her name), but I love bodyshop! Their cleansers and body wash -- unbeatable!

The Body Shop, located on the 1st floor of Tampines Mall, is easily noticeable on the right-hand side when entering from the MRT station. The store offers a variety of body and facial products. The staff is friendly and helpful. Becoming a member provides discounts. Conveniently, cashless payment through PayWave is accepted.

Female staff working on 6th April was very rude
