We visited Swensen's at Tampines Mall with a large family group of 10, looking forward to a sweet treat. The desserts did not disappoint - they were exceptional! The variety of options catered to both kids and adults, and everyone left with a smile.
However, the service could have been better. With a large group, we expected more attention and assistance from the staff. At times, it felt like we were left to manage ourselves.
The restaurant's atmosphere is the same as I remember it from when I was younger, with great lighting and a spacious dining area.
I would still recommend that others visit.
Came here to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The food arrived, but there was no cutlery. The staff left, and I had to look for service staff for a few minutes before getting the cutlery. The same thing happened with the drinks; they forgot to serve them. The restaurant wasn't busy, yet they were unable to deliver good service. This is my daughter’s favorite place, and we celebrate her birthday here every year. We’ve been coming here for more than 10 years. I was really disappointed with the lack of service, especially since I paid for it. Kindly fix this issue!

I went with my wife for lunch. The sambal grilled fish tasted delicious and fresh. The service was excellent. The food didn't take too long to arrive. It was a great experience.

The festive menu Poultry Platter was delicious and more than enough for two people. I loved the sausage with its darker color.

We came here to celebrate my husband's birthday. We were greeted by an outlet manager who looked like he had been forced to work there. In answering our questions, he was half-hearted, and we had to figure out how to redeem the vouchers on our own. When our order arrived via robot, we had to retrieve the dishes ourselves. After some time, we suspected that our food delivery was incorrect. It took us a very long time to get anyone's attention to assist us. As a result, we proactively spoke to someone, but nothing was done. In our second attempt to engage someone, the lady manager kindly confirmed that our food was indeed wrong. She changed our food and gave us a 10% discount for our meal. Although I am appreciative of the service recovery effort, I feel that our experience could have been more pleasant, which unfortunately was not the case today. Conclusion: Do not patronize on Sundays, as they are understaffed, which affects the service and our dining experience. Afternote: The birthday firehouse came without a candle. This confirms the poor level of service and our disappointing dining experience.

Disappointing. I waited for half an hour for my food. I ordered at 11:50 am, but everyone who ordered later than me received their food first. Mine arrived after 12:20 pm. I asked for a medium-cooked sirloin steak, but it came overcooked, more like medium-well, and the portion size was comparatively smaller than others.
