Aaron the part time crew @ Swensen’s Tampines Mall greeted us exceptionally well when we enters the restaurant. He was extremely good in guiding us on how to claim our rewards using the phone app. He is very patient and knowledgeable even compared to a manager we encountered at another outlet! Aaron is a super star and he should be offered a full time job instead! Well done Aaron!

Aaron provide excellent service! Food was late and he goes all the way to collect from the robot...take our requests and very glad to servce, what a happy outing at the restaurant!

It’s quite strange to be seeing almost half the service staff with nothing to do when our order didn’t arrive for over half an hour and the restaurant is less than half full. Only after asking them that they told me that they didn’t receive the order in the kitchen. Quite disappointed as I have previously asked a staff about the status of the food. That meant that this staff went to the back but only pretended to ask about the food, then came out and told me that the food was almost ready. Please train your staff to be more attentive about the status of food. Thankfully your food carried the show, but I wonder if it is due to MSG.

We visited Swensens at Tampines Mall with a large family group of 10, looking forward to a sweet treat together. The desserts did not disappoint - they were exceptional! The variety of options catered to both kids and adults, and everyone left with a smile on their face. However, the service could have been better. With a large group, we expected a bit more attention and assistance from the staff. At times, it felt like we were left to manage ourselves. The atmosphere of the restaurant remains the same as how I could remember it when I was younger. Great lighting with spacious dining area. Would still recommend for others to visit.

It's nice that a new menu is offered every now and then. I tried the mutton rendang baked rice. The flavor was good; however, there were more cucumbers than mutton which were only about 4 very thin pieces. Service was very good. We were pleasantly welcomed by Doris who led us to our table. Raymart was very accommodating. He made sure that the customers' needs are always met. The other staff were also quick to accommodate our requests. Overall, it's a good family restaurant. Highly recommended.

During my recent visit to Swensens, I had some concerns that I would like to share. While I appreciate the restaurant's efforts to introduce advanced robotics and reduce manpower, there were some areas where the execution could be improved. For instance, despite the availability of several empty seats, customers were asked to queue up for seating. Additionally, the food served was not as hot as I expected. Although the exterior appeared nicely cooked, the interior was cold which gave the impression that it wasn't cooked properly. Regarding the food quality, I noticed that even the waffle-cut fries were a bit soggy. When I asked about the soup of the day, the response took longer than expected, which made me a bit impatient. In the end, I ordered the seafood soup without realizing it was the soup of the day, which I had to discard without even taking a bite. I believe that Swensens has a great potential to improve its service by paying attention to these details. Overall, I appreciate the restaurant's efforts to innovate with technology, but I hope the management can address these issues to ensure a more enjoyable dining experience for customers.

Excellent service by a staff named Anita. She was helpful and patient, always with a smile. Food was good and coupled with the great service, will return.

Was served by Mr Fadhli at Tampines Swensen over at the counter when we were told that promotional item for firehouse birthday ice cream cannot be taken away. But he did his extra mile to assist and finally we got to take away since all of us already full. Thank you!!!!!!

We came here to celebrate my husband's birthday. We were greeted by an outlet manager who looked like he had been forced to work here. In answering our questions, he was half-hearted and we had to figure out how to redeem the vouchers on our own. When our order came with the robot, we had to retrieve the dishes on our own. After some time, we suspected that our food delivery was incorrect. It took us a very long time but could not catch the attention of anyone to assist us. As a result, we proactively talked to somebody who went off and nothing was done. In our second attempt to engage somebody, the lady manager kindly confirmed that our food was indeed wrong. She changed our food and gave us a 10% discount for our meal. Although I am appreciative for the service recovery effort, I feel that our experience could have been more pleasant, which was unfortunately not so in this case today. Conclusion -Do not patronise on Sundaysk as they are understaffed which affects the service and our dining experience. Afternote - Birthday firehouse came without the candle. This confirms the poor level of service and our disappointing dining experience.

Aaron is an amazing staff. He handled many of our requests and i also saw how he attended patiently to other tables. Well done Aaron! Ordered laksa linguine which was lack lustre. Tasted sweet instead of the spice I was expecting. Saving grace was the grilled the prawns served on top, fresh and grilled to perfection.
