I've been here occasionally on my days off for Toto (lottery) and 4D. It's a pleasure. I'd hold the line regardless of how crowded it is, since there will likely be a long queue of people at the counters who are also on their time/day off and usually purchase tickets, hoping to try their luck this weekend.

Beware of this auntie, Tan Bee Hong; she is bad at math. Today, May 27, 2019, at or around 3:30 PM, I bought Toto tickets for $34 and gave her a $100 note. She only returned $16, I was shocked and asked her to give me the correct change. She was not remorseful at all. She initially insisted that she had no recollection of receiving a $100 note. She then proceeded to recount and insisted on only returning $40. I then insisted on seeing the manager and looking at the CCTV. She then decided to give me back the proper amount.
