Had a great experience dining here! Auntie Jane was very friendly and welcoming. She took the time to explain how to best enjoy the food, which really added to the meal. It was heartwarming to see her genuinely engaging with every table, always with a smile. The food was delicious too—would definitely come back!

I was having my lunch that and had the unlimited bbq buffet at 12:31pm. After bbq my first round at 1:17pm, server came and clear off my bbq plate and charcoals. I was expecting a new set of the bbq plate and charcoals to be placed back since the time was yet 90 minutes past. When asked the server, he replied in rude tone of saying "if you want, I can always put the set back". Food was good until the point I had lost appetite finishing the remaining meat.

Tried their 90min buffet. Do check bill properly, was charged 1 more additional drink ($3.90) when my table only ordered 2 drinks! Dissapointing. Service isn't fantastic.
Meat quality and taste are fine. Everything else are just average. Service speed isn't fast, so take note. I suggest 1st round order more... frm seated till i finally started BBQ-ing took almost 15mins...
Expect to get oil splatter on u and bbq smell on u after meal.
Can try if nvr tried before, but return again need to think first.

1 for 1 meat at this outlet today. Ordered 4 types of meat but paid for 2 meat which was a good deal. Quality of all the meat here are very good. The pork skirt is especially flavourful and tender. The ox tongue is also excellent and has really good texture. Free flow banchan.
Excellent service from Jane who help show us how to barbeque to get the best out of the meat.

Commendable lady at this K-bbq joint who assisted in the grilling. She incorporated her style of cooking into the grilled dishes & made our meal so pleasant.
We had a platter of mix beef & pork. The smoked meat was tender & aromatic. Enjoyed the crispy pork belly with fats that melt-in-your-mouth. The out skirt was simply robust. The Sorbet was a unique, refreshing dessert to round up the meal.

Came upon the collaboration btw Culinary Class War “Cooking Maniac” Chef Yoon and SEORAE JIB via IG.
Tried BUCHAESAL SOTBAP at Tampines Mall branch. It’s is “Tender AU Black Angus Beef Oyster Blade laid over a bed of fluffy rice, complemented by savoury shiitake mushrooms. Served with a fresh, crisp Aekjeot (fish sauce) salad on the side. “
Enjoyed it thoroughly tho the meat is slightly sweet. The lunch set came with a drink, which I selected warm barley. It is nice too.
Oh there is also a section with banchan which is self service.
Hope to try the bbq set in my next visit with family, friends.

Cost ~$60 for these 2 plates make you wonder.. Also, 2 grey shirt guys was attending to customers. Those in black pretend not to see you at all. 1 of the grey shirt guy don't seem to fit in the service sector, only ask one question(took less than 1min for him to address it) yet he was sarcastic enough to took a deep breath and replied loudly(can sense from his tone). Know your worth.. if getting calrity for certain things on the menu pisses you off, then don't work in the service sector and ruin others' experience.

Overal experience was below average. Meat quality and portion was decent for a $108 set. However, the portion for the japchae is pathetically small for $17.90, do not recommend. Had to order 2 portions just for 4pax.
The staff forgot our steam egg which included in the set, had to remind the staff. Water was not served as well.

I had a great dining experience at Seorae! The highlight was definitely the charcoal-grilled meats—they were flavorful, juicy, and perfectly cooked. I especially loved the pork galmaegisal (premium pork skirt meat), which had a great texture and rich flavor.
The banchan (side dishes) were fresh and refilled promptly, and the cheese dip served with the grill added a fun and indulgent touch. The staff was attentive and friendly, always ready to help with the grill or offer suggestions.
The ambiance is lively and great for group gatherings, though it can get a little smoky—which adds to the authentic Korean BBQ vibe but may not be for everyone.
Overall, Seorae is a solid choice if you’re craving authentic Korean BBQ with good service and high-quality meat. I’ll definitely be coming back!
