A company's greatest asset is its people! The ones who represent their brand well will take the company to greater heights. For my personal experience over 2 days! I was served by Eric! If it wasn't for his patience and dedication in solving my Samsung phone issues. I wouldn't have bought 3 phones from the Tampines Store vs none! I had a cracked screen issue. He tried ways and means but couldn't help to unlock it. .I was already prepared to buy a new phone with total lost in historical data. Anyway, By a stroke of genius , my kid unlocked it and I brought it back to the shop and Eric told me he will help to transfer all the data and even shared with me that there was an option for trade in which saved me $538 overall. What stood out was, he didn't brush off any challenge that came his way (I had lots- from password issues to log in issues across different crucial apps and platforms.. ) He took all these obstacles and did his best and resolved them ultimately over a span of 4hours (but still managed to multi task to serve other customers) Traffic in the shop was exceedingly busy today but he took it in his stride and so did his colleagues /team members! I applaud his dedication and he's got a loyal client in me at the Tampines outlet! Such staff should be highly recognised and to be groomed for greater responsibilities as they deliver excellence and customer centricity leading to customer loyalty! Good job! All the best!!!

We visited the store looking to purchase a new phone with my mom. Jeff was very helpful and was very patient with our questions as we were all not familiar with an android device. Sadly, they didn't have what we would like to get in-store but thank you Jeff for taking the time to serve us

My husband and I went to the store on 1Jul due to some problem with his phone.Since my husband bought the phone through them,we went there again for assistance.Being senior citizens,we have some problem understanding how it works.It has been bothering us for almost a week.Luckily we were attended by Joel.She's not only friendly and helpful but she manage to solve the issue within a few minutes.Will definitely go there again if need a new phone.Thanks so much Joel.

Walked in on 11 July 24 at around 6.30 pm. Browsing through the new products. Noted that some of the staff are available. However, no one approached us. Wayne took the initiative to approach us and explain the features of new products diligently. He is professional and customer oriented. Well done, and thank you, Wayne!

Came here with my mum to purchase a phone a month ago. Was served by a young guy whose attitude was great. Was very patient with choosing a suitable model for us. Because of convenience and his good attitude, I chose to get casing and screen protector which was way more expensive than usual. After using the phone for awhile, the screen protector "shifted". Came back to the shop and an older male staff attended to us and kept saying he has used his phone for so long with no issues. I told him that no matter how rough the user is, the screen protector should never shift! Then he told us to wait for the female staff who does the screen protector and simply walked away. Then it came to the female staff (short hair) who was on the phone since forever. She knew we were waiting for her but she chose to stay on the line even though I never seen her talk. Another female staff (long hair) then attended to us. She was very nice and without any questions, changed the screen protector for us. Even she doesn't understand how could the screen protector shift. It's pretty obvious that the previous staff (short hair female) who installed the screen protector did not do a good job. I've given 2 star rating for the 2 nice staff there.

Made the decision to buy the fold 6 with all the goodie offered. After purchasing came over for the trade in. They only offer me 26$ for my phone. I was initially offered higher from another shop. This is ridiculous.

Excellent Customer Service at Samsung Experience Store, Tampines Mall I had a fantastic experience at the Samsung Experience Store in Tampines Mall yesterday. After struggling to apply a screen protector on my new Galaxy S25 Ultra and wasting one in the process, I visited the store hoping for some assistance. While I was informed that they don’t typically provide this service, one of the staff members kindly agreed to help me. Not only did he apply the screen protector perfectly, but he also did it with professionalism and patience—without even asking for any payment! I truly appreciate the exceptional customer service and willingness to go the extra mile. A big thank you to the staff at Samsung Experience Store, Tampines Mall. Your dedication to customer satisfaction deserves recognition. Highly recommend this store!
