Excellent Customer Service at Samsung Experience Store, Tampines Mall
I had a fantastic experience at the Samsung Experience Store in Tampines Mall yesterday. After struggling to apply a screen protector on my new Galaxy S25 Ultra and wasting one in the process, I visited the store hoping for some assistance. While I was informed that they don’t typically provide this service, one of the staff members kindly agreed to help me.
Not only did he apply the screen protector perfectly, but he also did it with professionalism and patience, without even asking for payment! I truly appreciate the exceptional customer service and willingness to go the extra mile.
A big thank you to the staff at the Samsung Experience Store, Tampines Mall. Your dedication to customer satisfaction deserves recognition. I highly recommend this store!

We were at Samsung Tampines Mall looking for a new phone. We were pleasantly attended by Calbee. Besides helping us with the purchase, she also assisted us in using the month's promotion via GrabPay to save an extra $50. Walked in on July 11, 2024, at around 6:30 PM. I was browsing through the new products and noticed that some staff were available. However, no one approached us. I decided to buy the Fold 6 with all the advertised extras. After purchasing it, I went in for the trade-in. They only offered me $26 for my phone. I was initially offered a higher price from another shop. This is ridiculous.
