No doubt it was the worst experience I have experienced with Samsung. I wanted to trade-in my Samsung S21 to buy the S23 Ultra. However, the male store staff continuously misled me about the trade-in price. There was a promotion recently where I would receive a bonus of 500 SGD for the trade-in, but the clerk not only didn't know about it but also insisted that I was mistaken and thought my phone was an S20. A female staff come and also very rude and not polite, and ask me whether I where I got this phone??? When do the evaluation, During the evaluation of the trade-in price, she intentionally lowered the price and pointed out various non-existent issues. Never go to this store!

Popped in to change screen protector for my Flip phone. I don't quite trust phone repair shops to put on the screen protector for this phone. I had some badly done although they cost lesser. Price is $38.xx ...pricey? But it gives me a piece of mind that they will fix it correctly. ;) Although the service centre is hardly crowded, be prepared to wait a bit. Staff are polite and know their stuff.

Came here twice to buy my Z Fold 4 and my dad's S22+. Served by Maribel who was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Answered all my dad's questions and helped us to transfer our data onto our new phones. Decent trade in value as well. Will be back.

At this store, you'll find an extensive display of Samsung products, and the experienced staff is there to greet you. While the service may not be five-star, the friendly staff is more than willing to assist and provide additional information about Samsung products. Recommended!

We have visited the Samsung outlet at Tampines mall to purchase the tablet. We consulted a salesman for details with regards the product, the sales person looks polite although not showing a smile on face which i feel comfortable. After that, the salesman retrieved the new device from store and handover to cashier for checking & payment. The man looks fierce & just too serious, i just enquired something, but he showing obviously impatient. It's just like we are not welcome to purchase? Hello! We are spending thousand over dollars to buy the product, why cant provide better customer service? Both were not wearing any name tag, hence do not know thier name.

Customer service not up to standard. Visited public holiday for my wife to upgrade her flip 2 to flip 5 but no-one to talk. Ask a sales guy, he rudely replied, give me a sec pls. Seems not happy, as many peoples in the store on holiday. Not happy then don't work on holidays la broo. Stay home. Only 3 sales people including cashier in a store also not enough la for weekend or holidays.

We were at Samsung Tampines Mall looking for a new phone. Was pleasantly attended by Calbee. Besides helping us with the purchase, she also assisted us to use the month's promotion via Grabpay to save an extra $50. Calbee was patient and attentive and competent to transfer the data from the existing phone to the new phone. Kudos to Calbee! 👍😀
