The Chicken Pie Voucher extended for 1 month more. Did not see any Chicken Pie in store. Shop said can redeem Chicken Potato Turnover (selling at $3) and I redeemed. It is so bland … today see at waterway branch special at $1.80. “Feel so much cheated.” Did Polar stop produce Chicken Pie? Please provide clear instructions.

Was serve by Jeerix. Very rude. If not friendly it's fine, don't be rude leh. Apparently there is a similar rude encounter feedback a year ago with same staff. LOL.

I have ordered tiramisu cake for my husband's birthday. The taste was okay and not the authentic tirmisu. But overall cake is fresh and well balanced.

Their Otah puff is the best but always sold out fast. Their sugar rolls and chocolate rice sliced cake are moist and delicious too. The mini old polar is soft and full of flavour with the crushed peanut (nostalgic traditional cake). I always get excellent service from the Polar Puffs & Cakes team when I order in bulk for events (very reliable delivery service).

There were '3 pastries for $5.50' promotions on some evenings but by that time, usually only chicken potato turnover left which my mum likes. One time I bought for her the mushroom chicken ones and she liked them better. Personally, I am not into flaky pastries but I do like their fillings so if the puffs had more fillings in them, I would buy them more often for myself. Read on their instagram page that they are facing some supply chain problems caused by flooding so will not be able to sell everything on the menu for a couple of months or until repairs are completed. I feel really sad for them because they are associated with many Singaporeans' childhood memories. Back when I still ate sweet things, their almond tarts were my fav. Anyway, some of what they can sell now will be at a discounted price including the chicken potato or chicken mushroom turnovers so I think I would show my support and get them for mum from time to time. I hope all will be resolved soon!

Was at Tampines Mall this morning. Ask for 2 pcs of sugar roll and Pull long face, bang things around. What kind of attitude? If not happy pls don’t work cos I am there to buy cakes not to see yr attitude. Really pissed off.

I had a $20 voucher and bought $20 worth of items. Their curry puff is nicer than their pies. If I ever have $20 voucher to buy Polar stuff I will go for their curry puffs, and I see that review said their otah puff is good. And their sugar rolls are usually what I buy and it’s a good sweet treat although prices have increased from $1.10 to $1.30 I bought the last pineapple almond tart at $1.70 but when I came back and checked I realize they forgot to pack the pineapple almond tart in. Will head back and inform them the next time I’m at the mall.

At Tampines Mall branch. All items price had increased a lot, chicken pie little filling cost $3. Notice few times, the chicken pie / black pepper chicken puff are not as warm at Punggol branch. Whereas the custard puff although place inside the glass with other egg tarts. It should be with cakes in cooler temperature. I like it cold custard. Punggol due to very limited shop space (individual airtight sealed/wrapped) are place above the glass display.

My go to for Swiss rolls and it never fails me. Since they launched the non-sugar-coated one, I've always had that option. When you order 4, you even get them in a nice box. Heard the chicken pie is famous and delicious but have yet to try it. Perhaps next time!
