At the Tampines Mall branch, the prices of all items have increased a lot. The chicken pie, with little filling, costs $3.
I've noticed a few times that the chicken pie and black pepper chicken puff aren't as warm as they are at the Punggol branch.
Also, the custard puff, although placed inside the glass display with the egg tarts, should be with the cakes in a cooler temperature. I prefer the custard cold. At Punggol, due to very limited shop space, the individual airtight sealed/wrapped puffs are placed above the glass display.

"The staff provided straightforward service. You simply select your cake and make payment. No further customer service is required. Shopee Pay, ShopBack, and PayWave are accepted. There are many cake options, and they all look and taste delicious!"

The Chicken Pie voucher was extended for another month.
I didn't see any Chicken Pie in the store. The shop said I could redeem a Chicken Potato Turnover (selling for $3), which I did.
It was so bland... Today, I saw a special at the Waterway branch for $1.80.
"I feel so cheated."
Did Polar stop producing Chicken Pie? Please provide clear instructions.

The chicken curry puff is good, but not the vegetable puff. I bought them yesterday and had them for breakfast this morning. It's not worth $2.10. There's mostly just pastry; the inside is hollow with very few vegetables. They are making a profit.

"I had a $20 voucher and bought $20 worth of items. Their curry puffs are nicer than their pies. If I ever have another $20 voucher to buy Polar items, I will go for their curry puffs, and I saw a review that said their otah puff is good.
Their sugar rolls are usually what I buy, and they're a good sweet treat, although prices have increased from $1.10 to $1.30.
I bought the last pineapple almond tart at $1.70, but when I checked later, I realized they forgot to pack it.
I will head back and inform them next time I'm at the mall."

Served by Jeerix. Very rude. If not friendly is fine, but don't be rude. Apparently there was a similar rude encounter a year ago with the same staff. LOL.

I ordered a tiramisu cake for my husband's birthday. The taste was okay, but not authentic tiramisu. Overall, the cake was fresh and well-balanced.

I was at Tampines Mall this morning. I asked for two pieces of sugar roll, and the staff member pulled a long face and banged things around. What kind of attitude is that? If you're not happy, please don't work there, because I'm there to buy cakes, not to see your attitude. I was really pissed off.

Last Thursday, I bought the marble cake from the Tampines Mall outlet, and the cake was a bit hard and not soft.

I had a very bad experience with Rehana, one of the staff members at the counter. She spoke to me in a very rude manner. Initially, I ordered three sugar rolls, but within a minute, I changed my order to two sugar rolls and one chocolate roll. Despite not having paid yet, she raised her voice and insisted that I pay for four sugar rolls because she had already prepared them.
