Every time i want to purchase any items from Polar, Jeerix happens to be there. She's direct and efficient. No hassle at all. Not sure why have bad reviews of her.

the customer service by Jeerix is super poor. very rude, the face was unpleasant. will email the management for compensation. I do not deserve this treatment. she made me start my day bad.

I had a very bad experience with one of the staff members at the counter, Rehana. She spoke to me in a very rude manner. Initially, I ordered three sugar rolls, but within a minute, I changed my order to two sugar rolls and one chocolate roll. Despite not having paid yet, She raised her voice and insisted that I pay for four sugar rolls because she had already prepared them.

Stopped by this shop and grabbed a curry puff. Holy cow it was good. Pastry was super flakey and the curry had some heat.

The chicken curry puff is good , but not the vegetable puff. Bought yesterday and had for breakfast this morning. Not worth for $2.10. only eating pastry, inside is hollow with so little vegetables. They are making profit.

Major attitude from the aunty lady with short hair who was very rude and lazy to take orders and insisted we shout out our orders of the swiss rolls as she simply stood at the cashier. Poor service and attitude, if not for getting the swiss rolls as a gift, we would have walked away.

Called and asked about the 1 for 1 sugar roll voucher. Bedok mall outlet already sold out. I just want to call and check with them before going to down to purchase it. The staff who handles the call was nice and polite.

The brownies cake is awesome and the pricing is affordable at $22.80 Today just tried the tiramisu , it is delicious as usual, reasonably priced at $20.80
