Product variety not a lot, small and staff aren't very friendly either. But it's nice to have a pet store nearby for last minute purchases.

Very disappointed experience. Not being treated nicely. Store staffs protect each other and being fierce to customer. Wouldn’t buy from this brand anymore.

So far so good. There are lots of selections for your pets (dogs and cats). We browsed the leash section and found many options. Abit pricey as compared to online shops but overall it was still alright.

Just saw one comment saying 2/3 staffs are not properly trained. Fully agree. The moment you pressed “satisfied” button, their work is done. And it’s the time they openly critique you. By this way they chase away good customers and keep difficult customers, and then they complaint customers are making their life difficult. :)
They serve as if they’re the sole shop selling pets stuff. I won’t go back again. Now I buy from Shopee , pets fair, Taobao, other online pets shops by searching “online pets store”. There’re have many choices and come with discount vouchers better than pets lover Center.

I visited the store on 17 May. As my family member's membership has expired, the staff told me about the renewal and specifically told me that a transfer of ownership was allowed. I didn't get her name but it was a female staff on duty on 17 May @ 1pm.
All I had to do was to go to Pet Lovers website and chat on the Live Chat to request for it. To my astonishment, this CANNOT be done.
Pet Lovers "admin" protected their staff and told me necessary coaching will be provided to the team to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. What's the point of telling me this when no remedy can be done?
This is counted as a fraud case from your staff whom you're protecting!

You can join as a member and get a decent discount. I like to buy a mixture of cat canned food. The prices after discount will be cheaper than elsewhere as there's no minimum number to buy before discount. At other places, u hv to buy at least 12 cans to get a discount on d pet food.

Recently brought the Oxbow Timothy Hay has such a below standard quality. Was very dry & contain brown hay. My 2 guinea pigs refuse to eat them. Can't call this premium quality hay. Had to look else where for replacement.

i had a very unpleasant experience at the shop. the shop didn’t allow the member QR photo. they insisted that i have to download the app. wasted my time having to download the app. was it really necessary to use actual app instead of a photo? makes it really troublesome.

Omg lah. The stupid blue color $35 27cm hamster wheel is the worst wheel ever. Even a lil Vaseline won't save it. Can't even return the stupid wheel cos hamster already ran in it. The wheel squeaks louder than the hamster and it's unstable also. Apart from that, its held together by an insecure metal clip with nothing to cover the exposed sharp ends. Worst is that's the only big wheel available in the outlet that's suitable for Syrians at that time of purchase. ZzzzzzZzzzz. Please just get rid of all the stocks you have for the love of God. This wheel is a nightmare to all hamster parents.
