I recently bought a massage chair and it's very comfortable. The various massage modes allow me to relax quickly after a day's work, especially the kneading and heating functions, which are really effective! The design is also very modern and looks great in the living room. It's also very cost-effective and is worth recommending to anyone who needs to relax. " thx Jacqueline

We had a very bad experience with this shop sales man. The sales man, wear glasses, his attitude was bad. He didn't explain the features and keep forcing the massage chair type that he wants to sell, make us feel uncomfortable. When I want to try the 8k chair, he was reluctant and lecturing me that I will be confused bla bla... What's wrong giving a try for 5 minutes, to give a cust a good experience? Only HAPPY CUST WILL BUY. And, I know how to do my spending, I don't need a lecture. I just need a proper service to make a decision. We looked casual but doesn't mean we don't have budget. During that time there was no other cust. We quickly left the shop. Pity Oto that hired this type of sales person that will drive the sales away....

Went to try one of their massage chairs at the tampines mall roadshow. Just tried it for around 3 minutes before a woman promoter keep staring at us. Then a man came and tell us to get off and we can try their chairs at the main store, when there is plenty of people around us trying it. What’s the point of a roadshow if i must test it at the main store? And he told us that he is just trying to make money, looking down on us just because we wore casual? Terrible customer service to say the least.

2025 june 27, 3-4pm. uncle attendant gives poor attitude ... claims no AI scan for one lower priced model [but it has] + brushes you off with a tone of disdain when you refuse to consider those 6K and up models. absolutely unprofessional.
