Steven has been serving us since we bought our first udream in 2021. He has always been courteous and very cheerful when serving us. We are very comfortable with him around.

I had a great experience at the OSIM store in Tampines Mall. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and gave helpful demonstrations of their products without being pushy. I especially appreciated how they took the time to understand what I was looking for and recommended options that really suited my needs.

Poor customer service by two guys at the store. Wanted to change the OSIM free gift as it was not working, called beforehand and one of the sales guy (Thomas) was agreeable.
But when I went down to the stall, another more senior staff (Steven) told me it cannot be changed and stated that it’s spoilt due to addition of essential oils to the humidifier (which was NOT even stated on the manual).
Later, Steven grudgingly gave me a new humidifier and when I requested for him to test it out, he told me to go all the way to the toilet to get water.
What frustrated me more was the fact that he later took out a kettle of water from the staff room and claimed that ‘there wasn’t enough water’ in the humidifier so the new piece was not working….
Wouldn’t it be a much better service experience if Steven could’ve offered to use the water in the staff room instead? Or use the water from one of the many diffusers/humidifiers that were switched on in the store???
Seems like OSIM staff here only want people to write ‘good reviews’ for their products but how is that reflected in their customer service?

Bought a USofa from this outlet years ago.
After sometime, the seat started to peel off. Called their customer care but they were not helpful at all. Discarded the massage chair even though it was working well as every time I sat on it, my clothes were stuck with sofa shedding!!
Years since that episode, I got a sms from sales person from this outlet wanting to share on a new model. I definitely did not consent to being contacted. No PDPA adherence, only aggressive sales tactics.
Based on my experience, pre sales experience is good but after sales service sucks…
