First time I saw a manager at the grill actually doing the grill (chicken and sides like corn)... very impressive and it was 6 plus (dinner time). Cashier was very kind and recommended kids meal as she saw I came in with a child. Waitresses are kind to assign seats near the sauces because of mobility issue (and also because there's a child so easier for child to get ketchup, free flow yogurt, drinks etc).
Am very grateful store gifted us free food as we saw interesting food and ordered after paying so we thought we pay again after eating as we added orders. Instead we are pleasantly surprised it's free! They are indeed very kind to vulnerable people like us - really Chicken with a HEART ❤️

We had dinner on the 14th of July and I must say the food was absolutely delightful every dish was prepared to perfection and truly satisfied our cravings. But what made the entire dining experience even more memorable was the exceptional service we received. The service crew was not only attentive but also friendly and accommodating throughout the evening. Their warm smiles, helpful attitude and readiness to assist made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. It’s rare to find such a combination of great food and outstanding service and we truly appreciated the effort they put into making our visit special 👏

The foods is awesome. The taste is Superb. Good amount of the serving for the price. Worth the try.

Service from Irfan was superb. He checks to see if we enjoyed our food and also apologized professionally when the kitchen ran out of grilled veggies and requested that I replace with another side.
Food were delicious as well. Chicken was very tender, whether it’s thigh or breast part. They were all tasty and freshly cooked.
I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner here. It’s been awhile I ate at a restaurant that had good service and good food.

Always my go to place. I even know the Auntie that is a waitress that is very awesome and I have been visiting this place for 6yrs and today is another level of experience from the manager today is Zaki, not sure his name coz i just asked the auntie. My food i ordered is sold out via app, he offered me to dine in instead of getting my food and go home, even it is a bit late now, after that he offered me a free soup coz he saw i came from work and i really look tired, i just want to treat myself today and yes! Indeed amazing! I hope Nandos will recognized him and the auntie who always happy to greet me whenever she see me.

We were craving some good grilled chicken and Nando’s far exceeded our expectations. We have had it before in other countries and it’s honestly some of the best grilled chicken you can get anywhere. The interior looks very nice and super clean. Food came out super fast and the Cheesy Garlic Pita is a must get!! Everything was amazing and will definitely be returning!

Staff appears to be overworked. Only 1 in the kitchen cooking with 1 staff at the ordering counter constantly going over to help. Food took awhile to be served because of insufficient staff at kitchen.
Tables are extremely dirty and sticky. Utensils are not properly washed and clean with numerous food stains still on it.
Food quality is good but expected the boneless thigh that I ordered to be bigger serving.

Once seated, just scan the QR, place the order and pay, your food 🥘 gets prepared
Just loved the chicken burger 🍔, Mediterranean rice 🍚, potatoes 🥔 wedges.. all of them were yummy 😋
The overall decor of the place was quite good and colourful

Staff on 12 july evening was very good, even though our chicken needed more time to cook they provided us with some complimentary fries. One of the best service i have received from a resteraunt chain or branch. They assisted me with the membership application and patiently took my order. Would return here. :)
