I think Nando's management needs to take the waiting time issue at the ***Tampines Mall*** outlet seriously. I've read numerous reviews about long waiting times for takeaway orders. My experience today was frustrating. I ordered through Grab at 19:35, and by 20:00, I received a notification that my order was ready for collection. However, when I arrived, the staff informed me that it was still being prepared. I waited for 15 minutes and asked again. The staff told me to wait, and I expressed my concern to the cashier about the discrepancy in the collection time. When I asked the manager/in-charge about the status of my order, they verified it and eventually told me that I only needed to wait for four pieces of chicken wings. I noticed that my order wasn't being prepared until 20:15, and I finally collected it at 20:35. The best part made me really disappointing was that no one apologized for my unnecessary one-hour waiting time.

The grilled whole chicken was served hot, juicy, and fragrant! 😋 The wedge potatoes, chargrilled veggies, and spiced rice were all amazing. One of the best places for grilled chicken! 💯 #Chicken #Dinner #Food #Restaurant #Foodie #GrilledChicken #Delicious

Nando's at Tampines, Singapore, delivers a consistently satisfying dining experience with its bold Afro-Portuguese flavors and vibrant atmosphere. Known for their legendary PERi-PERi flame-grilled chicken, this outlet lives up to the brand’s reputation with juicy, perfectly cooked chicken. Whether you like it extra hot or prefer the tangy Lemon & Herb, the sauces are packed with flavor and cater to all spice levels. The sides are just as impressive—fluffy spicy rice, creamy coleslaw, and crispy PERi-PERi fries elevate every meal. The Espetada Carnival and PERi-PERi Chicken Wraps are also fan favorites, offering hearty portions with unique twists. Vegetarians are not left out, with options like the Portobello Mushroom & Halloumi Wrap delivering both taste and texture. The Tampines outlet has a relaxed yet energetic vibe, making it a great spot for casual hangouts or family dinners. The staff are friendly, efficient, and always accommodating, ensuring a smooth dining experience even during busy hours. Cleanliness and quick service stand out here as well. Overall, Nando's Tampines blends great food, fantastic service, and a lively setting—making it a top choice for anyone craving delicious grilled chicken with a kick. Highly recommended!

Tried their peri peri 1/2 chicken (mild sauce) with 2 sides (mediteranean rice and chips aka fries). Portion is not big, so just nice for one pax if you are not a small eater. Chicken is tasty and tender. Mild sauce is not spicy at all. But they have sauces at the side station which you can add to make it spicier. Rice tastes buttery and fries are the norm. Also tried their peri peri boneless thigh with lemon amd herb sauce with 2 sides (corn cob and grilled veg) which is nice as well, corn cob is juicy and grilled veg is nicely done as well. Drinks are quite costly. Get a seat easily during weekday dinner. Spacious and definitely a good place for large group of people.

I recently dined Nando's restaurant, and I must say the meal was a delightful experience. The grilled chicken was the highlight—perfectly cooked with a beautiful golden glaze that looked as good as it tasted. The seasoning was just right, with a slight char from the grill adding a smoky depth to every bite. The chicken was tender and juicy, making it a standout dish. The accompanying sides were equally satisfying. The flame-grilled vegetables were fresh, colorful, and slightly charred, giving them a rich, smoky flavor that complemented the chicken well. The coleslaw added a refreshing crunch with its creamy dressing, balancing out the meal nicely. The crispy potato wedges were golden and seasoned well, served in a stylish bowl that added a nice touch to the presentation. Portion sizes were generous, making it a filling and satisfying meal. The overall presentation of the food was appealing, with attention to detail in plating. Small elements, like the flag reading "Tickles your taste buds," added a fun and inviting touch. The restaurant's ambiance was inviting and comfortable, making it an excellent spot for a casual yet satisfying meal. If you're a fan of grilled chicken with bold flavors and well-prepared sides, this is a place worth visiting. The meal was well-balanced, flavorful, and satisfying. I would definitely return to try more from their menu!

Amazing food paired with super friendly & highly attentive staffs 😎 The staff even offered a free drink as he saw me without a drink and says a meal is not complete with a drink! Love how they are so passionate about their job and taking care of their customers! Outstanding service! I just end up taking a glass of plain water but is the gesture that warms my heart 🤩 Keep up the good work!

Service was good, staff checked in to see if everything is ok. Food is ok, but the size of the boneless chicken thighs is really small.

We had a great time dining here! The food is warm and flavorful, the honey chicken is crispy outside and savory in the inside. My favorite is the Portobello mushroom it’s so yummy. The brownies is also must try, they also served it warm which I super like! The service is WOW! thank you manager Riza for accommodating us and giving us a 5 star service! Definitely we will go back :)

Middle of the road eatery. In terms of "western" type cuisine, it definitely hits the mark. As an American, I'm well familiar. However, its high prices don't completely reflect the product or service. The dine-in area was noisy from the young and quite vocal staff goofing off, and the overhead music was just short of blasting. Turning down the dial on both could have resulted in a much more accomendating experience. The chicken was tasty. The sides were pretty basic and uninspiring. It's kind of like the dine-in experience. Memorable, but in a bad way. Did I mention the high prices are pretty exciting? So, there's that. I'd go back IF all my other go-to options are exhausted. Yum, survival, guilt food at boutique prices, and a bored staff.
