Bad experience. Bare minimum service delivered. They put the wrong colour gel nail polish on my nails. The lady who was doing my manicure kept pushing me to buy deals from her (worth $400+). Even after taking a manicure appointment she charged me separately ($20 extra) just to put a "base coat" (usually included in a manicure). To top this off, the gel nails she did didn't even last one week (supposed to last a month). It came off very quickly.
Please do not waste your money here. Overpriced and poor quality of service. Absolutely unprofessional.

Has been with N20 for 3 years for eyelash service mainly, and always ask for Yunnie. She does great job and often ask if I'm comfortable during the session, lashes usually can last me 3 weeks. Convenient location !!

I was tended to by Vivy and Zen. I had purchased a voucher via Kris + app and paid only $18 for a gel manicure. However, Vivy was thorough and meticulous in manicure, and did not treat my nails any differently from a usual priced manicure. I paid for a regular pedicure at their usual price of $38. Zen was diligent in ensuring my toe nails were well trimmed and the calloused skin thoroughly removed (I topped up for a treatment). All I can say is the ladies were professional and did not cut corners. I’ve done gel manicures that felt rushed and it feels awful.
Expectedly, they enthusiastically shared their various packages with me and persevered even though I turned them down a few times. The packages were of pretty good value I’d say. However I stood my ground and did not purchase any because I only do mani and pedis for special occasions.
Nonetheless, if you’re looking for a nail salon to invest in, I’d recommend this place.

Bought a Fave voucher, $28+ for gel mani + classic pedi. A bit of hardselling to top up for this and that, but I rejected and there was no issues. I’m quite pleased with my experience and I love my nails (the are very sparkly in person). Didn’t experience any pain or discomfort. Pedicurist took her time to clean off all the dead skin and cuticles. Manicurist was really great too and she tried to build on the glitter without making my nails too chunky.
They didn’t make any small talk with me, which is good because I got to relax. Salon is clean and tidy. Overall good experience.

vivy did my nails and she was very gentle! didnt pressure me when i didnt want to add overlay as well. used the 2 session shopback voucher and cant wait for my second session because of how good her service was :-)

I always find myself coming back here due to the personability and the enthusiasm of the staff. They're always having a laugh with one another which makes the environment super playful and fun to be with, and shows they also enjoy what they do. They are also very skilled, like Lily, and esp Wendy who did my nails for me today. Even if I try new places I'm always back here anyways because they do the best job. Clean, neat, safe, and very worth. :) <3

Made an advance booking and did gelish mani (by Wendy) and pedi (by Zen) at Tampines outlet.
Pro:
I am very impressed by Wendy’s nail art as well as Zen’s skill in making cat eye effect for my pedi.
Con:
I purchased a credit package on my first visit at Plaza Sing outlet and this is first usage on my package but was hard sell to purchase another package which is unnecessary for me. I stood firm in rejecting despite a few attempts. I was also recommended the fungal treatment too like other customers in this google reviews which I did not take it because honestly fungal or not, you’ll be able to tell yourself.
Apart from the hard selling, the service provided is excellent I would say. I will definitely still go back to Wendy!!!

At first it was pleasant experience and walks out happily with my cat eye nail design done from their promotion package that comes with removal service. Later month i proceed to go for a removal and to be informed that it was only limited for a month only and if i want to do the removal now i have to be charge $20? I went together with my friends and none of us is informed about this time limitation. It is such a bad mistake; not owning it up and still says they will charge for the removal after i explain about the incident to them nicely.
Please ask about the service clearly if you want to go for this nail salon.
I’m only mad at the mistake but their nail painting is still acceptable and nice.

Great job done by yunnie on my eye lashes. I hesitated to do my lashes as i dont believe lash extension works for me. Yunnie gave me hope and now it becomes a monthly routine for me. For my manicure and pedicure, both lily and hailey did great job for me. I will always walk out of the place feeling satisfied and happy!
