I got class in meni pedi , The service seemed good and I was satisfied until just after TWO days the nail paint peeled off. This is the first time I have faced this issue. I don’t know how they did or what they used to cause peeling of nail paint within two days.

Hardsell and expect to wait at least 20 mins half the time (means u wasted Grab fare to rush next apptm) when u chase u get attitude before u got your turn. Unless you bring goodies to bribe them then your wait time is under 5mins.

I've been coming to this outlet for awhile now, few years I think and Wendy, Heily, Lily, Miao have always been really lovely each time. They really care about your nail health and try their best to do whatever designs you have in mind. Do come by and ask for them!

Scam! I came a mth ago & signed a pkg 1.5K & thats after minus Atome $300 discount for 5 sessions. Today went to do gel for both hand & feet. Was told to do “layering” due to nails too short. Had confirmed with staff its deducting from package. End up ask me to buy $688 credit! Day light robbery. I refused & was told to pay $117 even though at counter i related story again that i was told deductible from pkg. This is not the way to do business. Some people will say “money is not the matter”. To me, money IS the matter. I had confirmed before proceeding. This is so unethical and dishonest. Come on! Give me a break scammers. 1st time visit signed up 1.8K 2nd visit ask me sign again $688. What kind of shop is this? These are the shops that give service industry a real bad name. Hard sell and dishonest. Just like another NAIL PALACE. Disappointing and shameful practice

Gotten my voucher from Fave for gel mani and classic pedi. Great value. Added nail art separately. Helly and Wendy were great! 10 stars to Wendy… she’s truly an artist! Love the free hand nail art she designed. Thanks Wendy!

Very satisfied with the service 👍🏻 Zen , Miao and Vivy are awesome at their job, made my mum in-law comfortable and happy. Love their scrub , they are clean and the ambience is relaxing ☺️..

HARDSELL ALERT ⚠️ Eyelash extension services are acceptable, but horrible nail work. My nail extensions came off within a day :( The staff and manager will hardsell you at every visit and i can literally hear them do that to EVERY customer throughout my session, its extremely uncomfortable! Also, they don't tell you about the hidden costs and top ups here and there that you would expact to be part the package.. their prices are already ridiculously ridiculous to begin with smh

I met two lovely ladies from N20 Nail Spa Tampines Mall. They are Anne and Ivy. They are very friendly and always happy that can make the customer at ease. They help me choose a nice Christmas Color and design for my Manicure and Pedicure. They also do an excellent job! To anne and Ivy job well done! Please continue your good work. Horrendous quality done. Cuticles not cleaned properly, nail art standards are horrible, and still dare to hard sell packages at the end. I had to tell the staff how to do a gradient nail art lmao. I kept telling her the gradient mix is not balanced (said in English and Chinese) but she still cannot get it. The brush strokes were so obvious... The checkered design is worse than what I usually do for myself at home... What's worse is when the other staff crowded around us and commented how pretty the nails are. LOL. I let the photos do the talking. I have one more session with them but I rather forfeit it now.

Was asked the same questions by 4 people made to wait 10 minutes then, asked to pay $20 for gel removal because I came 2 days “late”. This is after I called them to make this appointment and provided my last appointment date so they can check and ensure I can get the gel polish removed. I only had 5 nails with gel on it too the rest fell off.. just so unnecessary. This is after the constant upselling and being told not to buy from fave
