Owing to sudden job relocation, we had to leave Singapore unexpectedly. This cannot be an unusual event in a country with so many expats. MyRepublic were very unhelpful and unsympathetic with us having to close our account. They offered no guidance or assistance in options to transfer ownership; when we attempted to do this ourselves, they made it so difficult, the other party withdrew and we are left with paying for the remaining 18 months even though we will leave and new tenants will have their own network. So they have cost us money, time and effort as well as having appalling customer service. They have not responded to my emails or made any conciliatory gesture. Do not sign up with them! I give them no stars for this review but had to put one to be able to post.
