Appalling service from a Mothercare staff. I went to the store earlier today ( Friday 31/1) at 6.10 pm to ask if they have playpens in stock. The elderly sales lady asked me very very rudely if I could see any playpens in the store. I merely wanted to clarify as sometimes the store may not have physical stock but they might be able to help order online. Whatever the case, the response was really rude and uncalled for. Will not be going back there again. I was so shocked and put off that I didnāt even think to get her name.

It's my 4th purchase of Jellycat at Mothercare Tampines Mall š¤ After visiting other branches and other Jellycat retail stores, my choice is Tampines Mall branch because of the neatness of display and they have a pretty wide range of Jellycats in store. They do not have plastic tags on their Jellycats which are more assuring to customers that there will be no pin holes on the products as compared to other major stores. I am very pleased with sales personnel Tin and Crescent, they are so lovely and quick to check on stocks availability. I highly recommend anyone looking for Jellycat to visit Tampines Mall! ā¤ļø Many thanks to Tin and Crescent once again for the wonderful customer service!

Visited Mothercare at Tampines mall to get some essentials. While queueing up to make the payment, I parked my childās pram beside some toys display so that child will be entertained. I left without realizing my child had put his own ambulance toy on the display.
When I went back to the shop nearly an hour later, the staff had kept the lost toy at their counter safe and sound, saving me from a lot of crying n tantrum.
Good job of making sure the little peopleās lost items are safe

The customer service provided by staff Samsiah was truly excellent. Not only was she polite and helpful, she went the extra mile by offering to paste a gift card for the items I have purchased instead of just chucking it into the bag. When I provided my membership number and the system was not able to generate my account, she initiated to try again, requesting me to wait for her to refresh it instead of showing impatience and brushing me off. Such positive attitude makes the environment very welcoming and inviting for customers.

unpleasant experience with a young staff today 1/5 around 7pm, no smiles on her face, talked rudely. would not come back to the outlet again as my other experiences at paragon and habourfront were so so much better.
