Waited for half an hour for my meal to arrive. My number was not on the screen! Went to clarify but the staff ask me to wait?! Usually number will be there if is is preparing now or ready. But both also don’t have !! If I did not keep going to the counter 3 times I will not even have my meal after 30mins. Will be keep on waiting and wait. The person before me collected the meal already but mine haven’t. Staff was not helping unless keep going counter and pester them for the number. Zzz. Fish was not hot though. Disappointed in this outlet. Super !!

Went to Long John Silver's for breakfast, expecting to order at the counter. The staff member was busy but didn’t even acknowledge me properly—just pointed at the self-ordering screen with his index finger and told me to order there. No greeting, no explanation, just a dismissive gesture. I found it rude and unwelcoming, so I left. If this is the kind of service they provide, I won’t be returning.

Long John Silver just launched new menu items under the theme ‘American classic Sub’. Tried both the bratwurst and the dory sandwich and added the bolognaise chips to go with them.
They were average, the dory fish tasted like the usual Long John Silver’s fried fish. The mustard on the bratwurst was a little bit bitter for my tastes. The bolognaise chips get soggy and cold fast, but were rather tasty.
Service is pleasant and quick.

Bot value or taste for the money.
Half boiled eggs served in a paper cup which was broken and shells scattered inside.
Pepper& soy sauce packet just dumped into those paper bowl and soaked in egg too!
Chicken too salty and small!
Others too oily.
Overall very bad!

What's wrong with these people? 30 minutes for your meal to arrived? For me after order, got my 2 pcs chicken meal in less than 5 minutes! The chickens were very warm, plus free clam chowder for doing the feedback. No ice for the coke zero & it was full to the brim! Look at the restaurant so many people eating! Jokers man these negative reviews! To that fella, your last time visiting? Good, 1 less person means less crowded!

Would give negative if I could, fried fish and chicken is so dark obviously reused the oil countless times and the batter is thicker than the fish what the hell? Standard drop all the way to the pits of hell.
Charred bits can also be found on the fried stuff save your money and spend it elsewhere

Came today again.
Fries over cooked. Fish is DAMN Oily and not crispy at all. Fish is really small. Imagine fish and chicken is the same size.
No taste of garlic at all for the bread and bread is soft and cold. Tampines Long John silver. It’s really BAD.
Different long John silver outlets have different standard. First time when I visited LJS in Tampines Mall I ordered a golden deal that comes with Alaska Fish & Chicken. The flour coated on the fish and chicken were too thick that you will do not have the crunchy crispy bite. This 2nd time I tried again, the coated layer is crispy but it’s very salty. Every bite I eat I feel like swallowing a small tea spoon of salt. Overall I will still be back because LJS is my favourite fast food. They have new promotion as well. Price and food is reasonable and nice.
