I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit. The toast served was cold, limp, and tasted like it had just been taken out of a bag—not toasted at all. Toast should be hot and crisp, and unfortunately, this fell far below expectations. Additionally, the dark sauce was diluted and lacked flavor, making the entire meal unsatisfying. More concerning was the hygiene practice I witnessed: the cashier was cracking eggs and handling money simultaneously without washing her hands in between. This is highly unhygienic and poses a serious health risk. Handling raw ingredients and cash should be kept strictly separate. I also noticed several staff members standing around chatting rather than focusing on food quality. It gave the impression that attention to detail and customer satisfaction were not priorities. I urge you to review your protocols and staff training, particularly regarding food handling and service quality. If these issues aren’t addressed, you risk losing more customers.

If you meet Angeline, she is very rude to customers. She's more focused on talking to her colleagues than serving at the cashier.

I bought the beef noodle N1 takeaway today. I didn’t realize she gave me a cup with so little broth for the noodle soup. When I poured it out onto the noodles, it was almost dry. I was so disappointed. If you don’t have another plastic bag to pack my soup, you should just let me know.

The beef boat noodle was great and the half-boiled eggs were awesome. Located inside the mall, the place is small; I think there are around six tables inside. And last but not least, the tea was so tasty! 👍🏽👍🏽

"The senior staff provided bad service and were rude to customers, even when it was crowded. If they can't handle the crowd, they should reduce the number of tables and chairs for dine-in. They offer a variety of local delights, such as chee cheong fun and soon kueh. I would come back more often if it weren't for the poor service."

Ordered the kaya butter toast set on a weekday morning. The coffee was good, and the eggs were good, but the kaya butter toast was bad and soggy on the inside. The queuing time was long, even though it wasn't crowded and only two people were ahead. The old cleaning lady was hardworking and polite. Please give her a raise.

The tea was very nicely done during my visit today. It was strong, and the color was perfect! There are only a few tables and chairs set up, and they are very close to each other. When crowded, it's loud, like being in a school canteen. A very enthusiastic cleaning staff will interrupt and distract you from your conversation. I indirectly felt rushed. The eggs were not fresh, judging from how "broken up" they were. Fresh soft-boiled eggs will "hold" and be soft and runny. There was a good portion of butter kaya toast compared to another bigger brand that serves eggs and toast. Go elsewhere if you would like to eat anything else besides the eggs and toast.

I ordered beef ball boat noodles for takeaway. When I got back to my place and opened the food, there was only one beef ball with noodles. And this cost $7.90. A very disappointing portion.

Not crowded at 11 AM on a Saturday morning. $5.80 for set A with iced yuan yang. The drink was okay. Their soft-boiled egg yolks were so beautiful and orange. I will visit again.

The beef tendon and brisket bowl was unceremoniously thrown together, with tough, unseasoned meat. The noodles came in one giant lump, leaving some parts undercooked; we had to loosen them ourselves upon receiving the bowl. Not much else to say. Stick to their breakfast and other items.
