At 5.13pm, Guy with black hair in black top with no name tag was unresponsive and rude. Initially called him 4 times to take my order but was busy on the phone. Afterwards I asked him to add another donut and he shouted at me, adding on "So How many donut you want!" in a very rude tone and used his hands to gesture rudely. He also gave side eye and almost got the order wrong. Cashier Marlene at register was still pleasant

The atmosphere in this place seems pretty off probably perhaps cos the male manager gives off a very unpleasant vibe and talks back to the customers. All in all the donut is not too bad but I wouldn’t risk me losing my positive vibes over this place that holds a very negative atmosphere.

Conveniently located on the first floor, the store is easily spotted from the mall's center. Inside, a cozy and inviting seating arrangement creates a relaxing ambience, perfect for savoring delicious donuts and coffee. Choose from a wide variety of donut flavors. The high-quality coffee blends perfectly with the donuts, and the staff provides fast and efficient service. Cashless payment such favepay or paywave accepted. This is highly recommended!

J.Co Donuts & Coffee (Tampines Mall): Delicious Donuts, Mixed Experience (3.5/5 Stars) Rating: • Atmosphere: 3/5 (Busy and crowded, with inconsistent air conditioning, but comfortable seating and a view) • Food Quality: 4/5 (Delicious donuts and flavorful coffee) • Service: 3/5 (Inconsistent service, with some staff members being helpful and others less welcoming) • Value: 4/5 (Good value for money with promotions available) Overall: 3.5/5 Donkey and I were at Tampines Hub for lunch, but a sweet craving for donuts led us to J.Co Donuts & Coffee at Tampines Mall. We've tried J.Co before in Malaysia, and we know they make good donuts, so we were excited to give their Singapore outlet a try. However, our visit wasn't without its challenges. The cafe was quite busy, with many customers using laptops and occupying tables for extended periods. Finding a seat was a challenge, and it felt a bit crowded overall. The seating was comfortable, with large windows offering a view of the outside scene. The staff was inconsistent. While one staff member was helpful and friendly in assisting us with seating and our bikes, others, like the cashier and the staff member, were less than welcoming. We took advantage of their promotion for a drink and two donuts, opting for the Iced Jcoccino with Fresh Milk and two delicious donuts, excluding the red velvet. The coffee was refreshing and flavorful, and the donuts were fantastic. However, the lackluster air conditioning made the cafe feel stuffy. It's not as cold as the air conditioning within the shopping mall. While the donuts and coffee were nice, the overall experience was hampered by the inconsistent service and weak air conditioning. While J.Co Donuts & Coffee has delicious donuts, we found the service for this store and comfort lacking. We'd recommend trying their donuts but suggest finding a quieter location or visiting during a less busy time.

Latte was ok, good effort for the latte art though! Love it ❤️ As for the donuts, ordered Tiramisu and Red Velvet. Tiramisu was overly sweet, felt like I was eating icing sugar. Red Velvet was flat and boring, not worth it at all. I must say the donut on its own is pretty good.

First time ordering from JCO but to the person making the coffee and not filling it up to the brim for a $7.40 Frappe and checking the order before sending out maybe you need to get your eyes checked Also to the person managing the Instagram page , acknowledging the mistake and an apology would be sufficient instead of ignoring it. It seems like your pages only features the good reviews and ignoring the bad ones. I hope not everyone seeing this review has an bad experience with JCO. But as a first timer it's a really terrible experience. And I will never ever order JCO them again.

One star as staff Benson was rude and sarcastic. While my husband and I were about to make payment, we told Benson we wanted to change two donuts as they have just restocked on the pink sprinkle donuts (we thought we took the last two on the tray). He then proceeded to say to my husband “proceed that way ah, we are very busy” in a loud and sarcastic tone. Mind you, no one was infront and only one couple after us. I dont expect five star service from a donut chain, but i definitely dont think my husband deserved to be talked to like that.

We were doing our weekly grocery shopping here and came by this place for our tea break. As it was a Sunday, the mall was crowded and also this place. Full house inside with another queue queuing to buy/order the food. But we were lucky enough as the diners from a table just took their leave and so we quickly took it. The cafe had a nice and cosy ambience, which I liked. Also the sofa seats were comfortable. In terms of food, we ordered the iced coffee that were flavourful and nice. Donuts were ok as I found them a little too sweet but should you have a sweet tooth, they maybe good for them. Like the pandan flavour while my family members prefer the chocolate ones. Service wise, a little too slow and disorganized. Both the ordering and collecting of ordered items joined in the same queue. And that may suggest why the long was constantly so long. But staff were effective in clearing used tables. Considering the quality of food + the ambience, it's good value for money! Will give it a 3.5 rating but since I can't give a 0.5, will make it at 3.
