Probably the worst experience I had in guardian. Went in to get medicube product and approached a Malay female sales assistant and query on the difference between the pore brush and was given a don’t care attitude with simply saying she has no idea. Then followed with asking why the promotion sign of discount was not applied on my product purchase and simply responded with system did not prompt and the promotion tag was not taken down. After which I left and returned again to ask for refund and her handling knowledge of performing refund was zero hence asking another personnel male (who is knowledgeable and helpful) for help. And eventually he was able to process my purchase with the indicated promotion applied. The management should look into the attitude and competency of this female sales assistant who display negative customer fronting with a bad attitude of providing a pleasant customer experience.

Visited tampines mall's outlet. Shawn Lee is the pharmacist who served me. He is very polite and professional. He even cut off the sharp edges of the tablets before placing them in the box. Thumbs up for him!

I had purchased 4 bottles of shower foam (2 bottles at $5 for Yuu member) at Tampines Mall outlet on 22/05/25 (evening time). The cashier (muslim staff) transacted at $3 per bottle which comes out to $12 instead of $10. We had made payment via credit card. When we approached the cashier to highlight to her it was over charged, she simply told us we did not inform her that we are a Yuu member and is not her fault. Moreover, she said is the system who charged wrongly and not her. I told her my objective is to get a refund and not to argue who is right or wrong. Eventually, she tried to void the receipt in order to process the refund but after several attempt she's still trying to fiigure out how to do it. There's another Chinese staff who tried to handle our refund but the muslim cashier still insisted that she wanted to do it herself. However, she has to depend on the Chinese staff to help her. It's been an unpleasant experience which we need to make payment again wherby the refund will onlycredit into my card in 2 weeks' time. I told your staff how should I be assured that we will receive the refund by then, I was told I need to keep the receipt for 2 weeks and go back to them if I did not receive the refund by then. By hearing that, I was walked off withgwtting the refund.
