Be careful if you're trying to sell an used phone here. Website quote $1135, call and check , they said if there is no issue on it , it should be same as what it shown on website. GUYS , look at this photo. The guy said there is a scratch on the charging side. GUYS , ZOOM IN THE PHOTO AND SEE WHERE IS THE SCRATCH??? and instantly it said the phone only take in $950. And the funniest part is , the guy can't even use his finger to point and show me where is it 😂😂😂

Watch out of this scammers , they offer a attractive prices online to purchase electronics , but when you go down to their shop to sell , then they start creating things like the gadgets have scratches even tough there’s no scratches or speaker looks different blablablabla, deal with them at ur own risk .

There's this guy in the shop, his face has a bit of pimples, whose demeanor isn't the best and just seems outright rude. Very curt and gangster like and have altitude problem like that. I visit this shop for the games and usually the guy handling the games is quite ok. i think this guy usually deal with the handphone customers but occasionally mans the game section. As per the other feedback from people that used their handphone services, the feedback are quite bad also. As everyone knows, most people who work in the handphone sales industry are quite problematic. I think these type of people should just hide in one corner and avoid giving a bad impression to the customers.

Worst Handphone stall I’ve ever been. Guy with Mole on his face trying all ways and means not to honour his initial quote online!! Quoted $690, went over want to cut to $500:( I walk over to Tampines one Mister Mobile. Sold for $680. Avoid this shop at all cost!

Ridiculous shop not honouring online offer claiming that phone has scratches but can’t even show where they are. Waste of time. Avoid at all cost.

A great place to buy games for gamers.
As they hold various titles for all ranges, I would recommend people to come over a check out this place.
They also hold various accessories and consoles!!

Went in with a quotation from Sellup to sell my iPhone. Phone salesman at the counter started to find reasons to reduce the selling price. Fine. Then he said that he will bypass Sellup and buy from me directly for $460 (which is probably against Sellup’s policy). Ok, so he proceeds to RESET my phone and then says the price now is $450, take it or leave it. What a joke. So I took a few minutes to google to see if I am getting ripped off. He sees that I am looking at a quotation from another dealer, and he starts shamelessly ‘advising’ me on how this dealer’s quotations are not real and their dirty tricks (pot calling the kettle black?). Before you know it, our world best phone salesman says he’s not interested in buying the phone anymore. What a complete waste of time; and what an indecent human being.
I recommend finding another place to buy or sell your phone, or you might find yourself dealing with a scum.
*update: sold my phone off for $530 at another dealer.

Saw the bad reviews but still went to them because it is near my house. Same issue with the scratches. Decided not to sell and walked off. The person handling also clearly has bad hygiene (oral and nails).

Very bad service and attitude. If you wants to sell your phone, never step into this shop ! They will lowball you by a few hundred dollars and they will not honor the price you that you booked on sellup.com.sg.
There are a few mobile shops at Blk 505 Tampines. Do check it out there. I managed to sell my used phone at quite a good price there.
