I am absolutely furious and disappointed with the new packaging of FairPrice Soft White Tissue (2 ply, 200 sheets). I recently purchased it from the Tampines FairPrice, only to get home and realize that the size has been reduced by at least 2 cm compared to the previous packaging! And yet, I am still being charged the same price! This kind of deceitful tactic is nothing short of scammy business behavior. It’s completely unacceptable to trick customers like this—it's blatant exploitation!

Heartfelt shoutout to Mdm Wong Foong Kwai (or Mdm Wong Kwai Foong) sorry if i spell the name incorrectly...she kindly at once upon my request came and help out, take the kitchen towel that has a promo and left a few pcs right at the far back of the top rack of tissue section.... Thank you Mdm Wong, although you are very busy engaged with customer in the self-checkout station yet you still take the time to help me, you maybe not so young but def young at heart, helpful and humble spirit, NTUC so blessed to have you with them 🙏
(Background was i was searching almost the whole ntuc fairprice tampines mall for a helping hand, even asked a tall stranger guy who i thot can reach, yet he also couldn't bec items was so far at the back, then one other lady staff passed by and ask i asked her for help, she just said, "if you can not take, means i also can not take" and she left just like so hehe but then i asked Mdm Wong who i know not as tall, yet she made the effort to take ladder and some long stick somewhere to retrieve the items i was buying, thank you so much NTUC, and esp Madam Wong, so happy to meet you today, you made my day 🙏🥰❤️

When Turkey Embassy called out on relief items for the earthquake disaster on Wed, 8 Feb, I had went down to Tampines Mall NTUC to make bulk purchase of the canned and baby food items on Thursday, 9 Feb.
At the store, MeiLan and her team of colleagues understood my needs in getting bulk purchase for the relief items, they have helped me to grasp the products that they have in store and settle the payment and packing for delivery. Delivery was arranged to one of the collection points, Genting Lane, the next day. However, situation had changed with different needs of the relief items, resulting all the purchased items were returned to store on Fri, 10 Feb.
With the dynamic situation changes, Turkey Embassy no longer required food items as stated in their initial relief list. Fortunately, another organization, Salt&Light, starts to collect medical items and baby products. With this change, I have went down to Tampines Mall NTUC store again on Sat, 11 Feb, to exchange the initial purchased products to Baby Products (formula milk, bottles, diapers) as well medication of equivalent sum of amount that previously purchased.
MeiLan was supposed to be off, and instead of not wanting to trouble her colleague to handle such bulk amount of exchange, she had took the initiative to swap her off day with her colleague despite she has something on that evening. MeiLan and HuiShan have greatly assisted me in identifying the products and then packed them into cartons, and loaded into my car. Their attitude towards work is sure to be commendable.
I am very glad that Tampines Mall NTUC team is very helpful, they are always there to provide great customer services to the customers. Thanks a lot for your assistance to make the relief donation a successful mission.

Madam Beh Kwa or something (only had a quick glance of her name tag) at the ‘customer service’ counter was so rude and unfriendly. Checked out via Self Checkout and realised I got one of the pack of wrong flavoured sausages and both items were the same price $3.56. First of all, she thought I had purchased only one pack, but I’d already told her a couple of times that I merely wanted to exchange the non-spicy for the spicy ones. Then she said she could only key in $3.55 and not $3.56, though I saw the full 1234567890 numbers keypad and wanted to charge me $3.57 for the ‘additional’ pack? I asked why and again, explained that I’d only intended to exchange and she then proceeds to raise her voice at me saying I never mentioned. And so I very politely corrected her and told her I explained many a times but she just didn’t listen. Like cmon, why?!
