Located in the basement of Tampines Mall, this is a simple and no-frills teppanyaki restaurant that serves decent and well-balanced meals. Each set comes with a bowl of rice and soup. It is recommended to order as a set, for example, Set A with sliced beef and prawns or Set B with chicken and sotong. The ingredients used are fresh, but lacking the marinated taste, and the food is reasonably priced, with plenty of bean sprouts and cabbage as side dishes. The garlic sauce is fragrant and flavourful, and you can add chilli padi for some spicy flavour. You can also request addition chopped chillies for a spicier version, more garlic, etc. The restaurant is popular during meal hours, so expect a wait. They serve a default sauce that complements all dishes.

Food not representative of the cost $25 for a third of a piece of white fish, squid that doesnt even match that of the photo, a singular scallop and cai fan looking beef. Sauce is not bad, but $25 can go mile longer at other places in the mall compared to here. Wouldnt recommend if youre hungry or looking for something worth ur time and money.

There was a queue when we visited on a weekend lunch but it moved pretty fast. We ordered at the counter, ushered to our seats and food was served within minutes. Taste wise it was kinda average, the meat was more flavorful compared to the seafood. They served 2 kinds of veggies, beansprouts and Chinese cabbage. All meals come with rice and soup. One downside is that they don’t allow sharing, everyone had to order one meal.

I always come to this store for teppan-yakki because is the only one near my house. Sadly, their standard drop. Price increase by alot. Most of the time got long queue, yes but very messy sometimes (like sometimes they skip some customer even though they have enough staff.) I ordered Set C, and my friend ordered Set B which is $51 total. (6/10 rating for food) No longer worth the price.

The pricing has been increasing rapidly while their portion decrease rapidly as well. $15bucks for a simple meal, blend sauce, tough meat, salty vegetable and bean sprout. Not to mention, their half scoop rice into a bowl to make it look full. See "full" bowl rice when split into 2 bowl. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
