I went to this barber on 11th June 2025 and only requested to trim my hair at 10am. The barber did trim my hair but gave it a weird hairstyle that I have not requested for and now I had to adapt to it and had to find another barber to do my hair back to how it was before. I will definitely not patronize this outlet as well as othet EC house outlets again since this is very unprofessional of them to do so.

Friendly hairstylist that good with kids. As it was the first time salon experience for my 4 years old, it was a pleasant one. And she loves her haircut too. Highly recommend. Price is $14.

Terrible, went on 16 April at 8pm, the female hairdresser was talking the entire time with her colleague and there was no one so I went to try. Was going overseas next week and see what happened to my hair!!

I've been bringing my 20 month old here for haircut ever since he was 12 month old. So far he has had his hair cut by Doris and May. They are very fast and able to cut his hair decently for a toddler sitting on my lap. At his first visits, he used to cry non stop but the stylists still managed to cut his hair. Thanks to his good experience here over time, he is no longer afraid of having his hair cut and doesn't cry anymore.

Incredibly disappointed at such a lopsided sideburn cut by May. She even unhooked the mask to cut the sides so there shouldn't be any excuse for such a blaring mistake. Please patronise, at your own risk.

Went to get my hair cut today and the stylist cut it way shorter than I asked for. I clearly showed her where I wanted it cut, and I said I wanted it shoulder length. Ended up with an uneven bob ending at mid-neck with one side of my hair noticeably shorter. I said I wanted layers but apparently that got ignored. Pros was that it was done relatively quick and it was neat for the most part. But I didn't get the hairstyle I wanted and from the first cut I knew it was way shorter than I wanted. The $10 hairdresser at the nearby market would have done it way better. I feel like this place is only good for kids and men's haircuts.

One of the aunty claimed she is very "experienced" in cutting childrens hair but end up my son's hair was cut anyhow and uneven.. i had to trimmed them on my own at home. She literally dont care when i pointed out how uneven was my son's hair but keep bragging about how experienced she is. More like experienced in cutting anyhow lol. And also she keep asking to let my son watch youtube? And scolded us as when she wants? Didnt even bother to brush off the hairs on my son's neck and was so impatient for us to go off.Came here before and a guy did my son's haircut, he was fast yet never disappoints us.

Good place to cut hair. Brought my 8 month for a haircut. Fast and decent for $14. Would definitely return again!

Similar to QB cuts style of barbering with all the same facilities: tissue paper towels for the neck, steriliser and a vacuum after cut, but in no way inferior in quality. The two stylists present at the shop were very friendly, conversing in local dialect to each other and were very warm and accommodating. I had 15 dollars in notes which couldn't be used at the 12 dollar card machine but one of the stylists helped me to exchange money for the transaction. The stylists were in their 50s to 60s, but they were obviously veterans; my stylist deftly handled my messy hair with ease and produced a very satisfactory result. She took her time despite the queue and I appreciated that she did not rush through the process. She was also friendly and spared a moment to start a small conversation in Mandarin, which made me feel at home. All in all a very pleasant experience.
