Absolute nonsense of a barber/stylist. Brought my son here for a haircut. End result was a complete nightmare and hari raya is less than 2 weeks ago. Why bother asking the haircut style when you're already going for your own style? Showed a photo showing 0 slope on the sides and back. Stylist did that part well. The top portion. Clearly a little trimming would suffice but no, she proceeded to thin it. Whats with this standard thinning and slope style. I feel like thats the only style they are familiar with.

We have gone to this place to get my 16mo daughter's hair cut a few times and never had an issue. Today will be our last. The hairdresser gave my daughter such a bad haircut that I don't think I've seen anything worse. Told him to cut it shorter and just follow the same shape. He gave a terribly short, uneven, out of shape hair cut. He was also rough and impatient with her which she did not like. She was in tears by the end of the hair cut. Never again.

I visited this outlet on 19 April 2025 (Saturday) at around 10:30 a.m. to get my usual haircut, just as I have been doing for the past few years.
I can't remember the name of the female hairdresser (definitely not Ms Doris) who usually cuts my hair. She is someone new that I have not seen at the outlet before during the weekend.
When it was my turn, I thought it might be a good idea to give it a try. I just gave my usual cutting preference, which is to trim the top of my hair slightly, not to make it look too thick, as my hair grows quickly. I also requested that it be trimmed.
She asks me which one I prefer. I was pretty puzzled, as I usually do not choose the length size for other staff who are doing my hair. She suggested starting from No. 3, which I think is okay, as No. 1 is the shortest. To my horror, once the electric razor starts trimming, it begins to resemble No. 1 length. By then, it was too late, and I got an army style. What should I do in this kind of situation? By leaving it and leaving the rest of the part thicker, it will look worse. By trimming the remaining part to match the length of the first trimming part, it looks very unappealing.
I was pointing to my hair and she kept saying that this is what i agreed on before cutting. I simply do not understand why I told the rest of the staff that they seem to have no issue, but only her.
I was very furious and wanted to scold her in the shop, but ultimately decided not to, as it would have made the shop atmosphere horrible. I have no issue with the other staff as they have done their job well. I guess next time when I see this staff again, I will not choose her again. Should have stuck to my hunch that she does not give me any confidence in her.
Now, for at least the next two to three weeks, how do I expect to go out and return to my workplace with this horrible hairstyle? Does she expect me to wear a cap over my head? I will be the only one out of place in my company.

Not coming back again I guess.
Brought my 9 month baby for a haircut. It's not about the haircut. It's the attitude given.
The hairdresser was very impatient with my boy. He is a baby, and of course beyond 10 mins how would you expect them to sit still even longer right? Told me to show some videos and I did, and scolded me for not turning the volume to the highest when in fact it was the shop that's super noisy at that point. When I was trying to find a video, she raised her voice at me and asked me to hurry up with an annoyed expression. We told her not to talk to baby while cutting hair as it will distract him, she chose not to listen. It ended up with my baby screaming and crying non-stop when she was impatient.
Even the customers who were waiting for their turn also agreed and commented too that baby was quiet at the start and only got worse when she raised her voice.

One staff handled my kids so rude even though they were very quite. She even silently threatened my son that she’ll cut his ears. Also, she kept turning my 2 year old daughter’s head faster quite often.

Was reluctant in giving a one star review as my previous visit was a great experience. However, yesterday night visit was a nightmare. My elder was assign with a male hairstylist, while my youngest is assigned with female hairstylist. The male hairstylist is really the black sheep in shop. Firstly the way he treated his customer (not just to my son but also the next adult customer he was serving) was really lacked of patient. He keep making the tsk, aiyah, and impatient tone when customer failed to understand his instructions or does not agree to him. Secondly, he really had no interest or caring for how he cut his customer's hair. My elder son haircut was unevenly cut ( it was really obvious at his fringe) and there were abrasion behind his ear. And when he was serving his next customer, it was also obvious the next customer was not satisfied, as he openly voice up his opinion, only to have the male hairstylist forcefully convince to the man, there is nothing wrong with the hairstylist skill.
Thirdly, if you are going in with a hairstyle in your mind , you probably going to end up with disappointment as he will cut the hairstyles he want, not what the customers want.
Despite all the disappointment from that specific male hairstylist , the female hairstylist did a wonderful job. (Both my visit. The Bob hair cut lady and the short haired lady) They are very patient and nice when it comes to kids and adult customers. And in term of skill, the ladies are way better. ( It was obvious when I compare my youngest son and elder son haircut and my previous visit. )

Took my 1yr old for his first haircut. The only place i found in the area which would take in a toddler. Stylist Ruby was very patient even though my son was crying. Haircut was nice too! Very affordable at $14

Much respected for the aunty who cut my 2 year old son’s hair. Aunty with short hair, wear specs and a bit plum. Very friendly and approachable. She knows how to handle kids very well. She even gave my son some sweets and cheer my son up as my son was quite moody that day. Really salute you Aunty!! Will definitely come again!! The best service I could ever imagine.

**Hi EC House (TM), we visited your outlet on 18 Sep (Wed), in the afternoon at about 345pm. Please provide us with your email address and we will contact you soon. Thank you.
Very terrible experience. I thought it would be kid friendly since it had kiddy rides but it’s far from it. Having a bad haircut is fine, but she sustained 2 cuts from the electric shaver the hairdresser used. I had to stopped her from shaving the area near my child’s ear for I fear her hurting her more. My child cried throughout the whole time. When my mother in law confronted the lady on the spot, why was there cuts and fresh wound on my child’s head, to which the lady brushed off and said, “O, really?” And there wasn’t even any apologies, and she proceeded to use the brush on my child, and I had to stopped her from doing so again, because of the cuts on my child’s head. I hope that there’s no infection and that the shaver is clean. Parents, please avoid this outlet. Attached is the photo of my child’s head. There’s another at the bottom of her scalp. A heartbroken and worried mother.

Was not impressed by the quality of the haircut provided to my 10mth old baby girl. Firstly, they do not use scissors to cut and straight away the stylist started to use a clipper to trim off the back of hair. I was expecting them to hand trim as I told him I would like her hair to grow but instead with the clipper, it was done right down to a boyish slope style. I was shocked. When ask to change to just cutting with scissor, the stylist said no cannot. My girl was crying uncontrollably as she was shocked by the clipper. Finally after the awful haircut, my baby girl was suffering from all the hair that has fallen into her clothe. And they do not even have a proper dust to help with the mess. Unlike the other places we have visited, they are more equipped with the necessaries to help dust these nasty hair residues away especially for babies.
Overall, the experience rendered was super poor and I would not recommend this place to any parents with infant at all. Better save your 12 bucks and heartache to go elsewhere.
