Sharing my sweet potato fritter. I am amazed how thin they have managed to slice...no I mean shred the sweet potato because it is as thin as a pc of paper. Changi City Point Outlet.

Extremely horrible quality of food or fried food snacks. Their signature red bean snack has been severely compromised for quality of the ingredients. As seen from images, there's 30-50 % less red bean stuffing than it used to be. The bun is extremely chewy signalling that it has not been kneaded well enough. A true disappointment indeed to have patronized at Dough Culture. Do also note that their dough is not kneaded well enough and the end product becomes very chewy like a rubber. Prices have increased while quality of services and/or food items have massively plunged. There are better options available where local snacks and finger food are prepared wholesomely and with great flavor and quality.

Occationally ordered the porridge 2 set meal that came with soya bean drink. Like every other places, I noticed it entirely depends on day to day customer service. Sometimes it's great, other times it's worst like cow dung. It's always the employees and rotten work attitude. The big picture is, sometimes I get a free bundle of youtiao that came with the set meal excluding the porridge itself and pieces of youtiao in separate plastics. I know some coffeeshop standard places will just give porridge and bit cuts of youtiao and that's it. The food is splendid and is one of my FAVOURITE! Is deliciously cheap and porridge had the right quantity compared to every other shops out there that I had to do multiple orders just to either have more porridge or with youtiao together with a down side of separate delivery fee. Keep up the good work guys!!!

There are many outlets from dough culture but the service standards here are the worst. The staff are unfriendly and impatient when we visited this outlet on the afternoon of 22 Jul 2022. We had asked about the difference between their 3-in-1 and 2-in-1 cake, their staff simply answered that it is the ham, and proceeded to pack 2 of the 2-in-1 cake into the paper bag without asking what we wanted to order. When we reiterated our question as we thought the cakes simply meant 2 for the price of 1, she simply brushed us off saying that she works here and knew what she was doing. Simply an unpleasant experience buying from this outlet. Definitely not recommended.

Love the butterfly bun and salted bun! Always crispy on the outside and very soft inside. Very yummy, tasty and most of all very affordable.

I am very disappointed. I like your products very much, but your service really needs to be improved. When I went to make a purchase, I only had a 50dollar card without any card. There was an Indian boy at the cashier who had a very bad attitude. I paid, but you didn’t give me the money and you didn’t communicate well, so you spoke to me in a very bad manner. I’m very disappointed and won’t eat again next time.

Paid $20 instead of $11, staff refuse to refund said is impossible. So LL have buy another $9, ask for receipt. She said is impossible to give me a receipt coz is my fault to pay extra. Have not experience such customer service staff like that. So better make sure she dont make mistake in her own life coz nothing is reversable

Horrible service. Very slow my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your shop. I ordered two yu tiao and was informed by the staff, Siti, that it would take about 10 minutes. However, after waiting for more than 10 minutes without any update, I became frustrated and decided to cancel my order. I believe that the staff should prioritize customer orders effectively, and I would have appreciated if Siti had communicated with the kitchen to ensure my order was being prepared in a timely manner. Unfortunately, it felt like she was preoccupied with other tasks instead of attending to customer needs. I value good service, and I hope you can provide feedback to your staff on the importance of prioritizing customer orders.
