Our favorite place for dumplings, and we recently tried their chocolate mochi and loved it, too.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Charles from the DTF customer care department. I wrote in to make a special request, as my family was gathering to discuss important wedding matters. He called me personally to accommodate my needs, and I am grateful for DTF's service. The food is good, as always. However, the drinks could be served faster. Overall, it was still a great experience, and I recommend coming during off-peak hours if you want to avoid crowds or a wait.

My family of 3 has been coming here since day one. The Ding Tai Fung manager knows us. We love this place because it has a family culture. They always greet you, even when they're busy. The service is better than SIA cabin service!

Our first dine-in at this branch. I love their service because all their staff are very attentive to us customers, and the pregnant cashier was so kind and nice. She taught me how to use the Capitaland mall app and even how to take a photo of the receipt to submit through the app to secure more reward points! That was really impressive, and we would definitely come back for another meal soon. The food was freshly prepared, and we loved their pea sprouts fried with shredded pork, as it was surprisingly light and appetising. It was far from oily, based on our initial imagination when we saw that it was fried with pork. However, we didn't find the xiao long bao as palatable and succulent. On the whole, it was still a sumptuous late lunch! I would definitely check in one day to try the fried rice with pork cutlet. Thanks!

It had been quite a while since we last visited a Din Tai Fung. So, we ordered some of its signature dishes: the pork "xiaolongbao" (steamed soup-infused dumplings), braised beef-noodle soup, shrimp wonton-noodle soup, pork-chop noodle soup, bean-curd vermicelli soup, shrimp fried-rice, vegetable buns, nai-bai (milk cabbage), and duck spring rolls. Our food was generally wonderfully scrumptious and enjoyable; the dishes were suitably flavored and mostly lightly salted, using less oil. The exception was the Shanghainese bean-curd vermicelli, which was a letdown; the main ingredients were "down-sized" and tasted rather bland overall. However, there is a great variety and choice on the menu. The staff were attentive and helpful, highly responsive to our requests. While not fully filled during our visit, the restaurant ambiance was rather noisy, and some of the staff seemed somewhat harried.

Overall, the service was efficient, and the auto-queuing process via QR scan was effective. Their Christmas item was Mama Mochi Chocolate Xiao Long Bao. The service staff reminded us that it's served hot and to be careful. However, when my family bit into them, the fluid chocolate squirted out... fortunately onto the table and not our clothes. So, this is a reminder to those eating these chocolate-filled dumplings! Otherwise, the food we ordered was satisfactory.

Horrible… No customers, and yet I still had to wait nearly 30 minutes to get my takeaway order!!! It was known break time, but they should have been taking turns, right? It couldn't have been that all the chefs were gone for a meal!!!! Furthermore, I only ordered fried rice! Just one packet!

Usual consistent food quality and service. The only problem was that the wait was too long, but I guess that's what one has to do if one wants good food πŸ˜…. The ordering system and its update is one of the best I've encountered! The beef noodles are really good and use good quality meat. The fried rice with pork chop and xiao long bao were also very consistent πŸ‘πŸΌ. Very good meal πŸ‘πŸΌ

"I've always loved Din Tai Fung, but I really, really hate the new renovation. Their bright interiors completely ruined the vibe they had going. It makes me sad because it had the same look for the past 15+ years we've been going, and now it looks completely different. The air conditioning is also kinda bad, and tables near the kitchen get to enjoy the hot air billowing out. I'm really sad, to be honest, even though the food and service are still pretty solid, in my opinion."

The prawn fried rice and pork fried rice are yummy! πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ The fried wontons, chicken soup, and roselle tea are also very nice. The ice cubes in the roselle tea are also made of roselle tea to prevent dilution, which is very thoughtful and sweet! 😍😍😍 They didn't give any chili sauce on January 3rd, 2025, during dinner. πŸ₯²πŸ₯²πŸ₯²
