Friendly service staff Jack, who help me and my family pick an ideal Croc, which my son bought his, my wife also. I didn't get due to other restrictions. But in the end we bought 3 Crocs clogs. Whole shop was on discount and 2nd pair was another 20-30%. Some included the jibbitz as well. Overall, Jack was patient and always there to helped with our purchase. 👍🏻🤙🏻

Excellent service by Mr. Enrico! Bought Crocs sandals and charms—he patiently helped put them on. Very helpful, cheerful, and kind. A wonderful shopping experience with his great attitude and assistance!

I ordered the Kuromi stomp sandals online, and they were too big. Called the outlet and Jason helped to reserve a pair of the sandals for me. Exchanged them today 10/8/24 and the process was fuss-free and seamless. Thank you to the salesgirl that attended to me and my husband, even when we were just browsing after that she was really helpful. Overall, I have been visiting this outlet many times and every time I come here, all the staff are friendly and service is always impeccable. Truly enjoy shopping here. You will too.

My mother and I had such a pleasant time shopping at Crocs Tampines. We were met by two of the most amazing employees, Sophia and Enrico. They were so supportive and attentive to my mother's decisions of getting Crocs for the first time! Super amazing, super fun!

Sometimes I would come here because this store had the collection that other stores didn’t have. Staff was super helpful. GC and the team were always available to assist me. Will come back again.
