I have always been a regular patron of Tampines Courts for my household appliances, including my refrigerator, television, iron, vacuum and washing machine. Each time I visit, the sales promoters in every section are consistently friendly and helpful in addressing my queries and needs.
During my most recent visit, I was assisted by a very polite gentleman, Mr. Edwin. Not only did he pay close attention to minor details, but he also went the extra mile to double-check that the information he provided was accurate and up-to-date.
Additionally, Mr. Yong Loong ensured that my purchase and delivery details were accurately recorded while carefully reiterating key instructions for my reference.
Based on my experience, Courts seems to have the best pricing and deals as compared to Harvey Norman, Best Denki, Gain City.

I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service I received at your Tampines Mall outlet on 14 January (Tuesday) between 11:30 AM and 12:15 PM.
I was in urgent need of a new washing machine as my old one had suddenly stopped working, and I was also rushing to head to work. Despite my tight schedule, the sales assistant, Christina, went above and beyond to assist me. She was exceptionally helpful, patient, and efficient in catering to my needs.
Not only did Christina manage my purchase smoothly, but she also expertly handled another couple’s queries by arranging for other staff to assist them while she processed my payment. She was professional and considerate, even apologizing for any delays and seeking our understanding as she managed multiple customers.
When I was unable to provide specific details about the platform space for the washing machine and the type of tap nozzle I had at home, Christina offered thoughtful advice and contingency plans, ensuring that I felt confident in my purchase. Thanks to her, I was able to receive my new washing machine promptly and without any issues.
Additionally, I would like to commend the two delivery personnel who delivered my washing machine on 16 January (Wednesday) around 8 PM. They displayed a high level of professionalism and care. Although the nozzle of my old water tap was difficult to remove, they went the extra mile by retrieving a tool from their vehicle to replace it, ensuring that everything was properly installed and in optimal condition. Their attention to detail and heartwarming thoughtfulness made a lasting impression.
I truly hope that my new washing machine serves me as well as your outstanding team at Courts has. Please convey my deepest appreciation to Christina and the delivery team for their exceptional service.

We had a great experience at Courts while purchasing a new washer. Ken, the sales representative, was very friendly and knowledgeable—he patiently shared useful information and recommendations that helped us make an informed decision.
Christina was also very helpful in assisting with the payment and delivery arrangements. As we were unsure about the type of tap adapter needed, she kindly provided her mobile number so we could send her a photo of our tap to ensure the installation would go smoothly.
