Newly open after renovation. Advertising and all. After happily choosing our items, we proceed to the cashier and was told they can't accept capitaland voucher YET. As the machine is not ready.. they should have pasted a notice. Waste of our time.

Actually the quality of the clothes are so so only but the price is considered to the high side considering its quality.

Jean, tank top , sweater , u see yourself at reasonable price n good quality for those who care about branded. Really. Worth buying it. But the paper bag is recycle n pay 10 cent for it.

Last Tuesday went down to tampines cotton on last minit plan thanks to this staff name Adiva she is a part timer girl who helped me with my necessity and was patient enough to help me pick my choices of clothes ❤️❣️

The cashier only one staff for payment, I just want to pick and go still need to wait a while. In front of me have 4 to 5 to queue.

Come to this outlet to buy 2 shirts for kids. Encounter very patience staff: Reanne, she asking if i interested to join member and only found out i already a member after key in my email. She take extra mile to explain to me do not worry about i losing my member card, as long as i mention my email, the point can be accumulate into the system. Also mention about birthday month discount. Hope to see more such professional service staff in our industry.

the staff was so friendly, especially the guy in a beanie didnt get to ask for his name to give a review. He helped us checked for stocks for the harry potter series ☺️ he went the extra mile. such a pleasant experience!!

Awful customer service. A staff accused me of stealing!! My integrity was questioned. It was awful and traumatic to me. I'm an upstanding person and I can't believe she would do that.
