As a tourist, I really like Singapore. The first time I went shopping here, the staff looked down on me. She treated me rudely when handing me my bag. I even had a lot of $100 bills in my wallet. I had enough change to buy a shirt, and I intended to give her the change. She had a bad attitude. I shop often and have never been disrespected like this before. I am very disappointed.

Jean, tank top, and sweater – you see yourself at a reasonable price and good quality for those who care about brands. Really, it's worth buying. However, the paper bag is recycled and costs 10 cents.

I came to this outlet to buy two shirts for the kids. I encountered a very patient staff member: Reanne. She asked if I was interested in joining the membership program, and only found out I was already a member after entering my email. She went the extra mile to explain that I didn't need to worry about losing my membership card, as long as I mentioned my email, the points would accumulate in the system. She also mentioned the birthday month discount. I hope to see more such professional service staff in the industry.

"The staff was so friendly, especially the guy in a beanie; I didn't get to ask his name to give him a review. He helped us check for stock of the Harry Potter series ☺️ and went the extra mile. Such a pleasant experience!"

The cashier was the only staff member available for payments, so even though I just wanted to pick up my items and leave, I still had to wait a while. There were 4 to 5 people in the queue in front of me.

Newly opened after renovation, with advertising and all. After happily choosing our items, we proceeded to the cashier and were told they couldn't accept Capitaland vouchers *yet*. The machine wasn't ready, and they should have posted a notice. It wasted our time.

Amy was really helpful and professional. She saved me a lot of time by doing a final check of the inventory and fortunately found available stock. I didn't need to travel to another outlet to get it. Thank you!

Last Tuesday, I went to Tampines Cotton on last minute. Thanks to a staff member named Adiva, a part-timer, she helped me with my needs and was patient enough to help me pick out my clothes ❤️❣️

"One of the best places to shop. It's a very big shop with many options. Great varieties are available for kids and women. It's one of the best places for kids' clothes. It's in Suntec City, accessible from the Esplanade MRT station, which is on the Circle Line."
