I visited the Challenger store at Tampines Mall to purchase a laptop for my computer course. Having relied on my two iPads for over a decade, this marked a significant shift for me.
Wayne Sho, the staff member who assisted me, has been helpful, friendly and patient in addressing my queries. When I asked if he could assist me in the installation of MS Office and Norton antivirus software, he did so without hesitation, ensuring a seamless experience. Thank you, Wayne, for your excellent service.

This morning we visited the store to purchase a laptop and received excellent service from Linda and Lee Pei Wei. They were 1. Courteous 2. Helpful 3. Knowledgeable.
It was certainly a joy to shop there. Now that we are members, and with such excellent service, we will definitely head to Challenger in Tampines Mall for our tech needs.

Came by today evening to get a laptop for my son . Shared with the staff(Spectacled tall Chinese boy) the specific requirements provided by his school. Staff was very rude and kept pushing to buy a laptop that had lower specs then what is required. He kept saying that this is enough. Of course I asked questions and he started to get irritated. Why would I be paying more than 1.5 k for a laptop that does not meet the demands that my son needs. I have been a strong supporter of buying my IT products from Challenger but you just lost a customer. Ended up bought a laptop from the shop downstairs. Challenger has to start training their staff on having a better attitude towards customer service

05/02/23: It was my first time having a staff from Challenger who was very attentive and proactive! Zenith was the staff on duty that day and he really went all out to help me out! I was looking for a charger for my breast pump and although its his first time seeing a breast pump, he sat down and researched about the product for me and tested the item to make sure I got the right charger so that it wont spoilt or cause any hazards at home.
If u need help, do look for him! Also challenger should really look into investing him as he has alot of potential!

The staff over here is super impatient and not polite at all when facing client warranty issue. I was just missing my receipt and try to search from their system to see any record for my transaction. They are refuse to help me. I was just bought over my sudio earphone last Wednesday, 15 May 2023. The left side earphone unable to charge and wanna try to claim warranty, staff over there is so rude and refuse to help customer.
I will not buy anything from Challenger again and this is a very bad experience from this shop!!!! A very bad attitude staff!

Relatively smaller stall and the products layout can be much improved( if i were to compare the layout and clearer signage in Nex outlet to locate items). Being a smaller stall... it is natural that some items/choices were limited.
Hope there could be more customer and staff interactions... can't be the store having so much work that everyone is busy ... be prepared that you might have to 'hunt' for one :)

Kian attended and help check the laptop that i purchased. He make sure that everything is fine before i leave the outlet.
The young lady at the cashier was also friendly and helpful.
I hope that the rest of the staff followed them.

Very disappointed with my experience at Challenger. I bought an earpiece and was told by the staff that it comes with a 1-year warranty and that I could return to the shop if there were any issues. Just 1 month later, the earpiece started having problems—disconnecting and breaking.
When I went back to the shop, they told me that they only cover issues within 7 days, and now I have to contact the service center myself. This was never mentioned during purchase.To make things worse, the store manager was extremely rude, didn’t even bother to explain properly or apologize—just shoved me the service center’s contact and walked off. No responsibility taken at all.
Worst customer service ever. Will think twice before buying anything from Challenger again!

As a customer all i can say is SUPERB AND OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE WITH THE TEAM specially to sir JONATHAN & SIR ALEX !! we went to other shop but we feel disappointed with their service and products but because I really want to help my friend buy her laptop so I decided to choose this shop . you guys is awesome !! thank you so much that we find this shop and get all the stuff that we need with your help and expertise . me and my friend never regret to chose your store challenger ! definitely i will visit this store in future and buy all my needs here!
