This place is friendlier than the Orchard branch. I have been going for their eyebrow trimming for 2 years.Both Net and Fiona are very patient and meticulous , leaving no stray hair behind.

I really wish your boss see this I was trying to find a perfect concealer duo Went twice bought color corrector, wrong shade Bought a new concealer, the undertone is completely yellow, I’m a cool tone skin Your sales associate is very lack of product knowledge, and never really apologized to first experience and STILL GOT THE UNSUITABLE PRODUCT.

i had such a great experience when i was there on 05 feb in the evening, i didn’t catch the MUA’s name but it was such a pleasant service that i was immediately sold on the products she let me tested. when i got my shade matched, it was quite a good customer experience, she clipped my hair, moisturised, prepped my skin, even set it, and asked if i would like to try any concealer or other products to finish the look too. i highly appreciate her service and the way she appears to be happy and passionate with serving her clients. 10/10 highly recommend, only wished i got her name so i can give a shoutout

Your staff at counter is extremely rude . I went to buy few products but returned empty handed . She was not only rude to me but few other ladies that walked in , and all of them returned empty handed. If u want business u better get proper service oriented people.
