I always have the best experience whenever I shop in the Tampines Mall outlet! I would like to give a shout out to the two gentlemen, Faaimsa and Azlan! They are always there to answer your questions in regards to the products and their knowledge is top notch! It gives me that added knowledge what is the best scents or products to get and also letting me know new products whenever I shopped for the essentials there. Keep up the good work guys! Today, 15Jun2025, I arrived at Tampines Mall early in the morning, and my purpose was to go to Bath & Body Workshop to buy new products. Today, the two shop assistants were also new faces! A female shop assistant named Nancy also served me. She patiently introduced today's special promotion products to me one by one. At the beginning, she also gave me a good impression. Later, I also bought 6-7 cans. At that time, I found that her service was really thoughtful. I watched her carefully use paper to protect each can of products perfectly, so I must praise this employee ๐๐๐๐๐. This is not the first time I have patronized Bath & Body. Two months ago, I bought more than today. The shop assistant only used two small paper bags for me that day. When I walked to the taxi stand, the strap of one of the bags suddenly broke and scared me! Fortunately, the whole bag did not fall off the ground. In comparison, I saw today that Nancy's service is indeed worthy of my praise ๐๐๐๐๐

I have been going here in this branch for long time without any issue. Staff are friendly and helpful. Until the last time I went here, I had very bad experience with the Staff named April. When it was my turn to pay from the queue, She suddenly pretended doing something else and seems just didn't want to accommodate me and wanted me to wait. Never heard anything from her to wait for a moment. I really felt she did that on a purpose. Big thanks to the uncle who accommodate my payment and didn't let me wait for nothing. During my payment, I requested uncle to make 2 separate receipts for my purchase. The uncle was really nice and offered me if I wanted a separate packing as well. Suddenly, This staff April pretending to do something else just beside uncle suddenly approached uncle and told him loudly that separate packing cannot be done with less number of items. She did it so I can hear it that is not allowed and felt again she did that on a purpose. My separate receipt is for personal reasons and I was never after the paper bag only. I am also willing to pay extra for paper bag if it is really not allowed as the current process island wide. This staff April is really rude and very unprofessional. I fully understand that this job can be stressful. But it can never be a reason to do such rude things to anyone.

Faaimsa greeted me as I entered the store with my son. I just wanted to do quick stop to get a bottle of body wash as my son was already hungry when we got there. But Faaimsa was so attentive, he highlighted the promotion and I ended up buying more than I intended to, plus getting Teachers' Day gifts which will be in many more months later. Thanks to him, I wasted no time and money. It was worth it!

Had the best service experience at Bath & Body Works from this cashier, โGleniseโ (if we heard her name correctly).
We asked on the price of an item, she informed us and went on to ask if we wanted recommendation on the scent. We tried a few together and she gave us our space. After, she guided us to get the free wraps and provided the gift cards.
