It was my first visit to Aesop. I was looking for a Vitamin C serum and body shampoo. Served by Hui Qi and the experience was great! They have ready samples in the store and she gave me to try on the spot. I bought Geranium Body Cleanser and Lucent Facial Serum for my own use and a customised gift set for my GF. Definitely will come back again!

Visited this store a few times and cooncidentally i always met audrey. I like that she remembers me all the time and give recommendations on presents. She also wished me safe travel when i told her i am going for a holiday and this is the first time a sales assistant say this to me, it’s special. Thank you (:

Sales person wasn't interested in serving me despite the fact that she was not serving any customers. When I asked for a product she just pointed to it and went back to standing around. Terrible experience at this outlet

I had the most wonderful experience visiting this outlet of Aesop. I had not much knowledge of this brand prior to visiting, but I had my breath taken away by the exceptional customer service. Special shoutout to Aqilah who was super helpful and patient with me, even giving me a tour of the whole store experience and was eager to go the extra mile and sharing with me the stories behind each product I was curious about, really selling me the purposeful and authentic brand experience Aesop desires to communicate. The store itself is sooo cozy, I really got the feeling of being a guest in a wonderful host's space. Shame I didn't have a jacket to hang with their complimentary cardigan spritzing service, but the guilt-free peppermint tea was lovely 🥰

Yan Li is very attentive and friendly. Her knowledge about the product is good. Look for Yan Li if you are at Aesop Tampines Mall.

Worst customer service out of all outlets. The female staff here feels like they can’t be bothered to serve you. Ask to test they just give you a rice grain size.

I visited this outlet on their opening day, 4 Jul 2022. Service was fantastic! A very knowledgeable lady named Noor (not sure if correct spelling) served me and my friend. She introduced the store layout to us and recommended products to me based on my requirements. This is the first time I’m buying Aesop in Singapore and is a very good experience. I will be making a return visit for sure!

I have the best customer service experience at Aesop Tampines today with salesperson Iris that I have to write a google review (something that I do not normally take the initiative to do)! I was looking for a gift for a lady who only has functional use of one hand & thus needed a special type of packaging. Iris is extremely thoughtful & helpful in recommending me a skincare product that allows fuss-free single hand application. She also went out of her way to help me gift wrap the present nicely, observed that I have some skin concerns & provided me samples to try. I had a long day at work & just a 15 mins client-centred & personalised shopping experience with her made my day. Thank you Iris! Keep up the good work.

Went there today between 8:10 - 8:13pm. As I understand that there were customer, I patiently waited for them and trying my best to search for my item. When the staff were available, she decided to served another guy who just walk in instead. The staff not only ignore serving me, while looking around , another staff bang onto me. Giving a benefit of doubt that she is not on purpose, I turned towards her. No apologies were given at all. I don't remember having such bad experience with this store since this store opened not long ago and previous experience was pleasant. But still, won't want to head back for a bad experience.
