Job Description

Analysis Quotation comparison and Preparation tenfer submission
Ensures effective cost control of projects and that all purchases are within budgets
Taking off and check measurement
Preparation of tender submissions as required
Updating repository for historical data after tender submission
Reviews work specifications, take-off quantity, costing and liaise with contractors and suppliers
Monitor, Reporting and Control Budget
Provides effective support to Project Team and establishing good working relationship with Project Managers, Clients, contractors and sub-contractors
Performs other duties as assigned.
